2025 was a ride
the best year in my life so far
[may the next one be even better]
top highlights from my work side?
*best conference event of the year to me was WikiFX expo in Hong Kong at the highest building in the town. Thank you Justin Gao for having us around 🫰🏻
*most of the year I focused on myself & more joy in life - I restored home in Tbilisi, made new friends and took it slow. I finished reading 44 books and slept without alarm. I feel a great satisfaction from my life.
*one last month of 2025 I took over the marketing of my beloved Liberland. Focus on organic growth, more engaging content and being more fun. Fingers crossed to reestablish a good balance soon, please.
and of course, I spoke at many events around the world, I traveled, visited new places like Ireland, Albania, Montenegro for work - and Japan & Korea for joy.
But in the first place, despite the obligations, I remained The Freeist. I delivered the keynote on the principle of my upcoming book on the stage with audience like Brock Pierce, merci. I am now preparing the upcoming Liberland Anniversary [10-13 April, Serbia] with such an audience.
What I want in 2026?
*work 4-5h, 4 days a week
*double my monthly $
*finish my book
I don't wanna romanticise life outside work. Work is important for the sense of self-actualization and self-support.
It's great when it fulfills us and helps us exercise our capacities.
I believe into 'all in' - doing the work in a directed way, activities we are great at and want to upgrade ourselves in. And also enjoying being, connection, outside of work.
I wish you prosperity, growth and [inner] freedom.
May 2026 be even better than the past year.

So was the crowd in Singapore.
8,000 people in the room.
400,000 watching live.
Vít Jedlička, President of Liberland, took the Network State Conference stage alongside Balaji, Vitalik, the Prospera crowd, and others who are already running live experiments — not writing blog posts about them.
It was obvious.
Sovereign states are no longer stuck in philosophy books. We exchanged ideas on legal frameworks that don’t block those who join, on building communities at scale, and on real development planning. This isn’t theory. It’s already running.
The takeaway from Singapore was clear:
the age of begging old nations for scraps is over.
New structures are here.
Agile. Fast.

I don't set more speeches as a goal for the next year.
And I never did in the last 3 years
but they happen 🙃
What I already do will likely continue to grow.
And it won't significantly change my life if I will speak on bigger stage or at bigger audience.
To speak at 15k people won't make a significant difference to me. Despite you might think it's not a 'comfortable goal' - it is to me, as I believe stage is somewhat an appropriate place to me. It feels more like coming to a living room and talking about something authentic to me. It feels easy.
However, what didn't feel easy at the beginning of 2025?
> to feel resourceful
> to feel relaxed
> enjoying more
These were the top 3 qualities I wanted to acquire in 2025.
One of my 10 goals for this year has been to double my income from joyful activities.
I didn't.
I haven't achieved that, but honestly? I don't care at all for now.
It wouldn't significantly change my life.
However, I've never experienced so much joy from the everyday, from the simple things. I made new female friends, I made a cosy place to stay at, and I feel much more confident.
I understand now, that the usual goal setting isn't efficient - those goals you don't really want and you move from one year to another, because it doesn't really change your life, and most likely, they're not even yours. You don't want to fulfill them.
I am happy I face the difficulties I have in life - and I set the goals that would solve them. That does truly change my life for the better.
What is it that you head towards in the upcoming year?

defending the idea of 'freedom' and thus 'responsibility' - focusing on the enormous complex structures, esp the government
we are told that our freedom is to 'have a word' among millions of others once in a few years - the freedom to go to the election [and if you don't, say in Australia, to be fined for it]
your freedom is to pay the debt of 'your' government
your freedom to hope things change some day
wait wait, I don't call you to get angry
but to wake up
it's comfortable for us, known, to bring our attention to these big structures we, in reality, mostly cannot influence them - pretty much at all.
that's truth.
you're being provided the illusion that you have the voice to 'change' the big structure
and you accept that illusion
you enjoy it
you tell me you're angry on 'what they are doing', hoping, praying that 'these other guys will hopefully make a difference in four years'
no no no
you only hand over the responsibility for your life to someone else
ppl wait someone to improve the conditions for their lives
someone out there, who doesn't even know about their existence
wake up
go and bring all that energy and focus on yourself.
yes, there's randomness and you don't control everything. world is complex.
but go and improve the conditions you have at hand:
*improve the relationships with people around you
*double your income next year
*get healthy
attention is the real power
99% give it to the complex big structures they cannot really change - structures that don't care about them
be the 1% who gives the attention to yourself. become better. create yourself those conditions you want.
and change the world through that.

What is a country? Is it soil? Or is it a shared dream?
When Samuela Davidova handed me this blue booklet, I didn’t just feel the weight of paper. I felt the weight of possibility.
We grow up believing that borders are static lines drawn on a map centuries ago. We are told that "governance" is something that happens to us, not by us.
But standing here with the Representative of the Free Republic of Liberland, I realized something profound:
The world is still being built.
This reality wouldn't exist without the relentless vision of President Vit Jedlicka. It takes a rare kind of courage to look at a forgotten piece of land and see a future for human liberty. Vít didn't just plant a flag, he planted an idea that has now grown into a global movement. He proved that freedom isn't something you ask for, it's something you build.
Liberland isn't just a stretch of land on the Danube. It is a courageous experiment in human liberty. It is a reminder that the values of 'Live and Let Live' are not outdated, they are the only way forward.
As an investor and a builder, I spend my days looking for "Unicorn" companies. But today, I held a passport to a "Unicorn Nation."
A place where innovation isn't stifled by red tape. A place where the government serves the individual, not the other way around.
This passport doesn't just grant entry to a territory. It grants permission to imagine a world where freedom is the default, not the exception.
To the dreamers and the builders: The map is not finished yet.

I confess
not easy to admit that
but work is an incredible source of meaning
it's an endless flow of tasks one could do
it's a great exercise of one's capabilities.
and work always 'needs' something from you
always there's something to do.
I really really love what I do.
what is here to confess then?
it's important to admit the above, because there's also so much more in life
and it requires a certain effort to see the value, joy and genuine interest in the other areas of one's life too. And how rewarding they can be.
Not just friendship, or physical activities, but the simple joys that can bring significant pleasure:
slow walk without direction, eating a tasty food, daylight.
but also doing something purely for oneself...
and I feel this tension now - being significantly involved with Liberland while at the same time I desire and want to finally create time to finish my The Freeist book.
why the tension?
maybe my current position is somewhat known and comfortable in a way - despite being very challenging, difficult and demanding.
However, with The Freeist, there I be standing purely for myself. And despite the countless presentations I already gave for the concept, I still postpone the finishing.
it's not easy at all to go dedicate oneself to something outside the known. Always, there's the unclear, uncertain, and no one guarantees it will pay off. Yet, it requires effort, so as do the other areas like making friends, relationships or eating well. We got so used to from our known work to get results, we might often oversee it's not the same with the rest of our lives.
Yet, I know now what's MY right step to take.
And it's my aim for the beginning of 2026 to finish my book.
Please, fingers crossed to me.
And to you as well - what is it there that you struggle to make progress in?

maybe I should just move to Dubai and get some employment job
I mean it's not a bad plan B, but I know I just.. I cannot, internally.
maybe it's just the winter mood, cold and romantic Christmas lightning here in Tbilisi
or it's pushing things forward where you wait for results without any guarantee :D
but the reality is that no one guarantees you anything, it's just a pure illusion.

🎉 congratulate me: it's been 5y since I packed and left one-way to Georgia 🇬🇪
I've never been here before, yet...
it felt right
only after I stayed for a bit, I learned I can
*pay 1% tax
*live without excessive bureaucracy
*stay for 365 days and then make a visa run and again
but I stayed not only because of this [despite that might be enough for many]
it's a place where
*it's affordable
*it really feels like a home
*I can make friends easily
*the nature is around the corner
*there's the most variable scenery I've ever seen
And I know certainly - I am not moving anywhere anytime soon.
I can have both:
> access to top minds around the world at conferences I travel to
> super peaceful home w sports car, nature with high concentration of cows per km2
but whatever place works for YOU, I see one thing that really makes a difference:
it's the intention
I wish and hope you are where you want to be yourself

When I joined Liberland more than 3 years ago, I didn't have a clue what am I doing.
I volunteered to be a Georgian representative.
I had experience in PR, Event management, IT, acting, writing.
And I shared the same values.
Shockingly - given the freedom to voluntarily initiate, I ended up
*launching a podcast
*meet libertarian party members
*speak at 10+ established libertarian communities
*writing monthly newsletter
*organising several meet ups showing the libertarian values from different angles
when the President arrived to Georgia a year later, a full crowd was awaiting him.
Then I moved to manage media relations globally, and finally, I represent Liberland around the world & initiate partnerships. Yes ok ok, I do oversee marketing of the freest country as well, but maybe I'm just too humble.
If you told me I will live the life I do live today - I wouldn't trust you.
I feel really grateful, but it was the effort and interest I put in.
My takeaway?
Forget 'discipline'.
You can push yourself for some time, but if you're really meant to be there, the only thing that will make you go all the way will be your genuine interest, eagerness, and being true to yourself.
I build the freest country as a hobby.

Well, I feel upset & offended, had there some nice following there, I put the effort in, but... alright.
Such moments remind me of the importance to build something tangible, not tied to only one social media (despite, I have a lifetime to be blocked everywhere else too, especially with my pro-freedom opinions 😀).

making one's life interesting to oneself
life worth living
surprisingly, I understand it's somewhat a luxury to wake up in the morning most days with sense of joy for a new day
remember when we were little and we couldn't wait for another day? when we were looking forward to make a trip to the village or see someone we loved?
'there are always some things you have to do'
are there? for whom? because you should? who said so?
there's a false concern that one wouldn't be efficient, made money, or pursued anything if there was no control, no rules, no obligations
I admit it was frightening for myself as well - what if I will stop growing, evolving, improving?
fast forward, now I understand, that it was a scam
when I stopped forcing myself into activities I didn't enjoy, I wasn't good at - those that drain us - I got even more energy for what I love to do, I am good at and it brings value to me and/or others.
I believe our nature is active.
I understand now, how much energy waste goes to forcing ourselves to do things we hate, against our resistance.
At high school I spent most time 'improving' in subjects I hated and was terrible at.
Luckily, being adult, I can invest the energy into what I enjoy, what feels authentic to me, I am curious about, I am good at.
Going through everything that brings me joy, I understand my mix of activities and topics be: freedom, growth, public speaking, writing, questioning the status quo / norms / finding contraintuitive perspectives.
Can that be somehow brought together?
well, here I come representing Liberland
and finally, I give myself permission to return to finish the writing of my book The Freeist
wish me luck, it's not easy to bring everything together.
what if I fail? what if it won't make me for living?
I don't know, in a way this allowance also is a luxury.
Nothing is guaranteed, but I feel like I live the best life I could have ever dreamt about and I feel so deeply grateful for myself to get to this perspective where I am.

No one really talks about this need and I was unaware of it.
But it’s super strong and (unconsciously) might drive many to improve.
Do you know that feeling when you truly *admire* someone? When you’re deeply interested into someone?
Not necessarily them being out of this world, just deeply interesting to you (that’s subjective). Obviously at the core we can be interested in every human.
We might grow to ‘get closer to the upper part of the ladder’ in the society, but don’t get surprised: whoever is there still be a human, is imperfect and a very few ‘make it’ in more than one area of one’s life - good work doesn’t mean one is good at relationships, but one can. [nothing is black and white]
It really feels different when you feel admiring, inspired, truly curious into other human beings. That feels connected. Strangely enough, I feel that most in what many call the ‘artificial city in the desert’.
Dubai is always a good idea - I’ve never got this much efficiency when it comes to quality people per m2. I feel blessed.
At the same time, I love to stay in Georgia 🇬🇪 as it feels more grounded, relaxed, and people connect over different values - friendship, and family. Dubai is just a short flight away to talk growth, get inspired and feel connected over intellectual topics.
It always hurts me when I leave, but the beauty of opportunism is that I can opt into what I need in the moment. I believe the best place is the one that fulfills our deepest needs, those that almost hurt when you name them: and I really value now long term connections, friendships and reconnection with myself, despite the intellectual part of me finds it always tempting to move to Dubai.
Well, maybe some day, I’ll learn to find everything everywhere. Yet, there are still some objective specifics and characteristics of places that attract likeminded people. Thanks for that.

Being in touch with my friends around the world who use various banks, seems the traditional banking went all in on checking every transaction - especially if you make international transfers [I’d make many if my friends wouldn’t have Bank of Georgia premium SOLO account which makes it smoothness, free and has four default currencies 😀].
Hey you know, it’s Africa where you cannot transfer more than say 200$ / mo abroad.
Now you may transfer and get transfers but being asked about every hundred transaction invoice, proof and even more proof and proof of poo [I really don’t know what to submit. Real life conversation transcript with my friends?]
Long term opened accounts getting KYC’ed every week or month.
Random bank account closures without any further notice, communication or explanation.
Many of my global friends share such an experience now with me.
Anyone as well?
Any clues what’s the reasoning behind?
Seems getting a bank account anywhere to be harder and harder. Using fiat money to be more and more complicated.
The banks seek transparency from you but they won’t give you the same transparency on why they close the bank account.

In Europe, I hear skepticism.

Am I crazy?
Well, we build a country, man.
While I’m on my way to deliver a keynote at Adriatic web3 & iGaming Awards event, I couldn’t make it without enjoying airport lounges at the layovers with super tasty food and clean environment [and space for sleep 😀 let’s be honest].
I personally didn’t have a clue about airport lounges till some 3 years ago when my business partner Pavol took me to the lounge in Bangkok.
I was shocked! Unlimited tasty food, water, and other soft drinks. A cosy environment to rest.
If you ever bought a business class, you usually get to the dedicated airline lounges of the airlines that get you some serious decent service experience.
Yeah, forget the backpack experiences and falling asleep at the uncomfortable chair at your gate 😀
I really wish I knew this earlier because it’s a serious benefit and it’s really easy and ultra comfortable. The whole stressful and tiring travel experience just shifts to another level.
How do you get the lounges ?
1/ you may get a paid pass for the lounge in your city when available [but then you don’t have it working elsewhere]
2/ business class with the lounge access [but I understand if that’s beyond your budget]
3/ premium banking [usually the yearly fees pay off through the benefits quite quickly; to me it already pays off thanks to my 0% ATM withdrawal fees around the world. I won’t even mention the assisting concierge, lounges, fast track, which simplify my life; and plenty discounts and deals].

But I feel so honest with myself in the first place, uncensored
I don’t dream of waking up at 5am, I want to wake up without alarm.
I don’t dream anymore of being featured by Forbes because most of the articles are just paid PR.
I don’t care about making it to as many events as possible but I want to speak at places I find interesting and deeper - that includes both a small libertarian community event in the mountains in November AND bigger Montenegro conference in two weeks.
I don’t wanna impress even myself, I feel more and more like I follow own curiosity and interest.
I don’t wanna grow out of proving and validating.
I don’t shy away to admit though how great I feel to be recognized, noticed, welcomed! I arrive and people are really looking forward to meet me in person. It feels so warm!
I don’t wanna ‘act humble’. I really enjoy generosity and attention of others.
I don’t wanna play it safe anymore which feels understandable and predictable, as if I outlined and planned the future life. I feel ready to swim in the unknown waters, I feel ready to welcome randomness.
Setting goals myself I can only get to the limit of my own imagination.
Letting go [while maintaining own direction], I can get at the extent of what world has to offer.
I really value the balance as it offers a new dimension of opportunities.
A new dimension of life.

series of world-class events just finished in Tbilisi, Georgia, and I am meant to pack to fly to Cyprus tomorrow for Wiki Finance EXPO.
then I be back home for three days, unpack and pack again and go to Singapore.

driving back home in my cabriolet, I felt that fire in my body.
I wanna go big
like I just collected dividends for the previous effort I brought in, I feel in sync, processed what was going on in the last one year [it was a ride] and I wanna go further. I feel ready to keep moving, with even more confidence and calm. And drive.
The next KPIs to be mix of 'aliveness', excitement and relaxation. Going deeper in areas which may feel contradictory to some, but to me they're about self-awareness in the first place. go, go.
yeah it feels like some another chapter begins. [despite technically I do the same like before just having home - base, and going to the world at the same time. exactly as I wanted - to have it all]
I have that gut feeling you might know..
you know, when you don't know yet what's out there on the horizon, but you wanna climb a bit higher to have a look. To see those new horizons which are only visible after a few more steps of the hike, which feels very lengthy. those horizons you wouldn't even think of. that's the beauty of randomness in life: life has some much more interesting experiences for us than we'd come up with.
I feel a strange gratitude for adulthood problems. same as when leaving from vipassana: adulthood is beyond sitting and observing, with problems native to being alive, and that's perfectly beautiful. It's beautiful to exercise own capacity overcoming obstacles, and moving forward. Not hiding from the problems behind pseudo-productivity. Meditation is an exercise of awareness in the everyday, not a separate part of routine. Getting ready works the same.

Yesterday in Tartu, we gathered with colleagues from the University of Oxford and the University of Tartu to reflect on the Unrepresented Nations and Peoples Organization’s Universal Declaration of the Rights of Peoples, a visionary text drafted in Estonia in the 1990s and still deeply relevant in today’s world.
Drafted here in Estonia and adopted by UNPO in Tallinn in 2001, the Declaration is groundbreaking in placing peoples — not only states or individuals — at the heart of international rights. Its emphasis on self-determination, culture, identity, and the right to a healthy environment is more urgent than ever.
Policy makers, academics, communities, and organisations need to break silos, connect expertise, and act proactively. By learning, sharing concerns, and even disagreeing, we take small but vital steps toward protecting the rights of peoples to self-identification and self-determination. During the workshop we did exactly this: rethink strategies together to continue our work on ensuring the voices of unrepresented nations and peoples remain central in the struggle for justice and democracy.
My heartfelt thanks to Prof. Eiki Berg, Prof. Fiona McConnell, and Dr. Alex Manby for their leadership in making this workshop possible, and to all speakers and participants for their valuable insights and engagement throughout the day.

the craziest thing to me about travels is having to get used to those things you take for granted, as if they were universal [some gold tips below]
how you orient at the train station
how you pay and with what
how you withdraw your money
how you get your groceries
how does the delivery work
this can get super tiring because it takes extra mental resource - you bring awareness to things you just oversee under normal conditions
the least thing I would care to worry about tho is whether one has access to own money or not
what I figured out that works for me to avoid issues [and our clients whom we helped to open the premium Georgian bank account remotely]:
1. Diversify your banking - as best among different countries / regions
2. Diversify your money - have some balance in diff accounts
3. Inform your bank before planning to travel and request to unblock your cards for particular country and particular timeline. [if you traveled to some weird places, likely you know what I mean...] - there are certain security precautions that make sense, while can be obstructing you when you travel and need to have access to your money
4. Separate the cards usage - if you have multiple cards per your account [like our clients have at their Georgian bank account], you can use one card for certain cases and then freeze it, without freezing your whole account. This keeps your funds safe.
5. make a quick research before arriving to the country - ask AI on how common it is to use cash vs cards in the country you're headed to, if cash, then where to withdraw at the airport or in the city and which ATMs are charging fee or not. The Premium accounts we open at highest plan don't charge the fee, but usually your bank charges 2% at withdrawal (on top to the bank's exchange rate). Usually, I go with paying everything by card (then you end up paying just the exchange rate fee which you get everywhere anyway). If cash - say in Thailand - then I withdraw the highest available amount (set by the ATM) because the fee is charged anyway by the ATM + use my premium card for no withdrawal fee.

what people share about themselves is usually defining them very fast
what do we say first? what do we pride with?
is it something we put our effort into, or is it what was granted to us without anything done from our end?
Getting to know thousands of people every year, above all, I've learned to read people somewhat faster. Maybe there be error rate; certainly, I do not talk about making great friends, but to distinguish fast who's worthy my time, effort and resource investment.
I am all into creating intentional connections, and people who are interesting to me, are a big deal to me.
What they have in common?
*they are intentional themselves
*they live in reality, here and now, while having a vision for the future
*they are self-driven, they don't wait till someone comes to create opportunities for them
thoughts?
I can see how I got more clarity on that once I started meeting massively more people. Then you have to choose fast. I am glad I experienced quite a bit of diversity to understand how many people there are who share the values and drive. You just have to be in the right rooms, then the hit rate is high and the noise is low.
right rooms > talk to many people > observe > filter > invest in the top you wanna be surrounded by
ultimately, there are awesome and interesting people in every place, but some locations (countries, cities) make it much easier to connect

I deeply value what we build with Liberland
I love to see how we inspire millions of people around the world.
to me, it's about the value of freedom, about questioning the status quo, questioning the norms, about reminding people of the social constructs and that the reality is borderless.
I feel great pride we implemented blockchain into the governance, we enjoy the 100% reserve in Bitcoin, or that we finalised the constitution. This wouldn't be possible not only without more than 80+ representatives around the world, and plenty of colleagues sitting without the laptop around the world, moving the Liberland forward behind the scenes. And, of course, our dear President, who truly has the skin in the game and endless dedication.
But, I see the great value of the supporters. I am very well aware that those 800.000+ people registered with us are just a small fraction of the total awareness on what we do. We gather community around the world. We have people joining us for the events in our Ark in Serbia. We got more and more settlers coming to Liberland itself.
There are millions of people around the world, who get inspired, who want to support, join, volunteer, settle.
And I know that to the many people, we bring hope and perspective: things could be done differently. And it's realistic, it's possible, no matter what your government told you.
I recently celebrated 3 years with Liberland. Three years since I started volunteering myself. That made me see much more such change around myself in the world, too.
I understand certain practices you may see around, feel discouraging.
I believe, the world is always in balance.
There are places which aim to innovate, move forward, create freer market opportunities. And we are happy to talk to them, to see if we can do anything together, or contribute.
I believe it's not a fight that causes change.
It's creation.

I found dozens of new contacts, cold reached new events, conferences, founders, country representatives, journalists, for Liberland connections / partnerships or just to engage like human beings.
I used to invalidate the small stuff like wishing happy birthday but our great leader taught me it matters. I started doing it and then I realized how much he is right. It's these little things, supportive comments, showcasing the brand around little by little, genuinely helping people - or asking how we can help.
Yeah, there are countries where you should send email and they are obliged by law to reply, but it doesn't really build a relationship.
The wild thing is what we do today will deliver the result in a year, or ten, or who knows when. The relationships compound, so does this type of work.
It's 8pm and I should close my laptop, because this won't be done even at midnight. This will never be done. We're building a country. You're likely building a company. Or even if you're just building yourself. It will never be done, there will never be some perfect stage when there will be no more work to be put in.
I think what helps me is to zoom out a bit - how do I actually want to spend my life?
I totally love to work on Liberland - you constantly figure out how to resolve some interesting problems [how to increase the ease of getting recognition in XYZ? what's the least effort high impact thing I can do today?]
while at the same time life is colorful - there are friends, health, walking outside, slowly drinking tea, visiting nature, travels... that's how do I wanna live - have it all. I want to build my life around having it all: about having there what I want to do.
Say looking back when I be 70yo, I won't really congratulate myself for spending all days hustling...
I love hard work and I deeply value it; so as I do value the life outside of it, too. Great thing is we do not have to pick just one. We can have in our life exactly what we choose to have there. There's a great freedom in intention.
So yeah, I wish you great connections, efficiency, and life.

Representing the freest country in the world means...
you will go to the places you never thought of.
Surprisingly enough - countries like Kyrgyzstan are MUCH MORE fascinating than, say, ... France?
you be just wondering, sitting in the 'west', how come?!
honestly?
these places - be it Kyrgyzstan, or Georgia where I chose to be, or plenty of other countries, they are much more into innovations
Europe has to take care - so that everything wouldn't fall apart tomorrow :D
*in Georgia I pay 1% tax - along with plenty of other entrepreneurs living there - and new ones moving in
*in Kyrgyzstan, small businesses pay ZERO tax [and the capital city was far cleaner than most places I visited in Europe]
reading the objectives of such countries, what steps they're taking, I can see the trend on what they are into:
- how can we attract more investment?
- how can we implement blockchain?
- how can we become more digital, efficient, faster, cheaper?
in Liberland we build the freest country from scratch. We just celebrated 10 years - that's a decade of hard work [I've been in for the last three years and I can see how fast this compounds]. We inspired by the best that's there - be it Singapore, Switzerland practices, or UAE; and we upgrade that to the next level.

can you guess who asks the most for the bank account diversification?
no, no... our clients aren't from the CIS countries [Russia, Kazakhstan...] as you may assume - and it'd make sense: they don't have access to the usual European solutions such as Wise or Revolut.
despite the common sense - this guess is wrong
It is the clients who can diversify in a way, but only in the restricted area. And it makes no difference.
What do I mean?
If you have two accounts in the EU country, the restrictions for both accounts are the same.
Yes, I still encourage everyone to open additional accounts - please, get your Wise account as it's super low effort, easy, fast, and it's pretty reliable. [I don't like Revolut myself and I do not find it very reliable personally, but whatever works for you.]
You DO want to have multiple bank accounts even within that one area, simply to not put all the eggs into one basket. When abroad, your bank may flag your withdrawals as suspicious and you don't wanna end up without the access to your money.
please, please, just DO IT NOW, do not postpone that.
but again: the restrictions apply for the whole area equally.
bank transfer limitations anyone?
extensive explanations for your transfers?
low withdrawal limits?
repetitive questioning on the source of money, especially after every transfer?
stopped ridiculous payments [my favorite was my 5$ payment to the governmental agency that was stopped by Revolut. They flagged it as suspicious. :D]
it sounds totally insane to me, but this is the reality for my European friends.
bad news?
guys, you don't really have many options.
You live in the illusion of options, where they are all the same.
I am happy we help with Pavol Luptak to the clients all around the world to get their premium Georgian bank accounts remotely.
But honestly?
We feel a bit sorry in the first place to see the world going this direction, making it hard for people to keep and use their money. We dream of a freer world.
The best we can do at this point is to just help accommodate the diversified solutions.
The good news?

I get it if that's exactly what you wanna do tho :D
so what's the middle ground out there actually?
the core is about something totally different...
your life belongs to YOU. You are free, deeply, if you choose so. Yes, I understand we may like to serve others, live for others, there's your government etc. But at the core, your life is yours.
you can literally decide to go another way *tomorrow* or even *now* and just go do it. likely you don't do it because you're afraid of judgment etc. that's ok
the truth is, that the adaptability and flexibility, at the core... well.. you embody it. It's nothing to 'gain', or learn. Rather to 'return to'.
yet, this is not a complete way out... no, no. Not just yet.
embodying the freedom which is of your own is just the first step
then, you have to decide - so what is it, the way you want to live, where, whom do you want to surround yourself with?
and, you have to act. To be honest, no one else really cares.
isn't that scary?
that the biggest limitation standing in our own way is.. ourselves?
Yeah, that's why I came up with the The Freeist concept. I will publish the book in the next months. Yay yay. I hope that to serve some of those, who dare.
it isn't meant to alienate from others.

I grew up in Central Europe
I grew up believing that we are the center of the universe, everyone knows Bata shoes and drives Skoda car
a few years later, working in Vienna, I learned the management of Skoda cars isn't in Czechia [where I am from]. the nationalist pride got a decent reality check.
no one wears Bata shoes either...
even more years later, back in 2020, I decided to move to Georgia
honestly? I was super sceptical.
I expected the bare minimum
instead, I got
*modern premium banking with much better UX than what I got in "my" 'developed Europe'
*more deeper feeling of personal freedom without feeling I breathe illegally too much air :D
*much more sense of self-responsibility - that truly comes with personal freedom
is that perfect here?
totally not. With low bureaucracy comes more attempts-errors cycles. it's not 'playing it safe', but it's much more 'playing it' in reality. much more small businesses, much more dependence and initiative to build social ties rather than relying on the 'big government'. Forget mandatory social & health care - welcome to self-accountability, or otherwise you got no one to blame.
this 100% isn't for everyone!
I understand if people choose to stay where they are abused, work half of the year for free - just to pay for 'their government', excusing that as 'there's no other way'.
I understand it's easier to say 'what???? but I was paying you for all my life, you cant do it' - while they 'just do it', but at least you don't feel the heaviness of self-responsibility.
I understand that building social ties can feel vulnerable and many just choose to isolate instead.
it's ok.
but I can't be silent: I must tell - hey, it doesn't have to be like that all life.
I must tell - there are plenty of places out there and one may work for you better.
I must tell - life is for living, not for suffering. Choose well for yourself; you deserve just that.
I deeply wish you felt like you are in the place that works just for you.
To me that's Georgia, and I feel glad I can bring at least some parts of it to our clients globally to benefit, even if remotely, from some of its perks. For life - they may choose whatever works for them. And that's just right. My role here isn't to tell what's better for someone.

my client seems so scared
I feel uneasy. I sit peacefully drinking my Oolong tea in Georgia 🇬🇪 with unlimited transfers, airport lounges, fast track at the airport, personal banker, beneficial exchange rates, multi-currency premium account 😀
he still awaits his account to be opened - we got the documents promptly ready for him, not waiting for anything. In the next few days he'll be good to go.
he sends another screenshot on bank transfer limits, this time about Britain.
*I feel uneasy again*... I wonder - well, this is so sad, it's crazy people are willing to accept such a treatment.
I try to give him some understanding:
"Europe makes it extra difficult for people to make, keep and spend their money."
he sends more and more photos 🫠
"it's good you stay informed", I try again.
he continues with more text on the spending of the taxpayers money, limited withdrawals (what's that? 😀)... "...I'll try to find it..." he continues
I feel a bit sorry for him, I feel him, tho. I wouldn't like to be treated like that myself. I don't find it okay someone restricts how I use my money at such an insane level.
I ask him to not search for more information and thank him for the effort. And, well, what can I tell?
"I am very much happy for you choosing the diversification of your assets"
I'd never thought EU based people will be the n1 clients for diversified banking - not just for fun, some plan B, but out of necessity.
the best one can do, overall, is a step forward. This won't be better on its own, no magic. I wouldn't wait for anything - not keeping all eggs in one basket. Not hoping 'next elections change something' while one's life passes.

I usually don't do babysitting, but when it comes to our clients...
I really aim to ensure that people get the service I'd love myself - I am all into transparency, communicating what's next, what's the process, etc. Not to overcommunicate - we do not spam the clients. I hate bureaucracy and I trust: I want people to just deliver. At the same time it makes sense to set expectations. I am glad to read it seems we meet just that.
What's that about?

I feel sooooo tired after the recent travel to Kyrgyzstan, but it was worth it!
Certainly I'd love to have perfect results preferably YESTERDAY, but this is a long term game. I believe I took some initial steps for us there and got lessons learned for the future. I had one decent meeting right before leaving and it was super important.
Over and over I learn the value of connections, thinking long-term and asking first 'what do you think we could do for you?' - in the right places where you actually wanna do something.
Time to get some rest, celebrate my 30th birthday soon, and get ready for the next missions - see you in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Cyprus. Besides, I will happily be in Georgia 🇬🇪 <3

This is super unfair.
Opening bank accounts remotely for global citizens showed me how many people struggle with basic financial tools.
Some are stuck in countries with excessive bureaucracy or banks that don’t understand their needs. Limited transfers, millions of questions about how they spend their money. Yes, I talk about the 'developed countries'!

I’ve been thinking a lot about WHY I do what I do:
with Liberland and the bank accounts in Georgia.
At the core, it’s about freedom. The kind of freedom that’s not just a slogan but practical, applicable, experienced. [I don't mean the socialist buzzword where they turn censorship into protection.]
The freedom to diversify banking in the low-bureaucratic.
The freedom to build a country based on values.
And I wanna bring exactly this to other people.
Globally.
The last few months traveling to new countries confirmed this for me: freedom is a real experience. I don't talk about your freedom to protest, but about truly live freely.
Georgia fits that. It’s a place where I feel the difference between bureaucracy and trust. [this is a big deal actually: lower bureaucracy and reliance on 'parenting structures' like the government make people build more human-level trust]
That’s why I live here, and why I help others open accounts here remotely. But I am glad to share the awareness on this [still] hidden gem country to you to. And I can build Liberland from here.

Georgia surprised me in many ways.
Not just the landscapes or the food.
[Who wouldn't like the local production tho? 😀]
But how much less complicated life can be when you’re not stuck
*filling out papers
*worrying about your visa
*unclear plenty rules you're lost in
*not worried of ever changing rules from one side or another
*bureaucracy that's so complicated you can't handle stuff yourself but must 'create jobs' which provide ZERO real value for humanity lol
[and of course, high taxes, but if you are entrepreneur, you understand the cost of THIS...]
I can live here without a visa for a full year. Taxes are simple, transparent, and low. [1% 🫠]
People here care about true relationships.

I didn’t choose the US.
I didn’t choose the EU.
I didn’t choose Australia.
I chose Georgia. 🇬🇪
Here are five reasons why:
1. Freedom of movement and ease of life. No endless bureaucracy and no mountain of paperwork just to live or open a bank account. I can stay in the country for 365days without any visa.
2. Low taxes and a simple system that respects your time and effort. Not everything needs to be complicated. I pay 1% for my entrepreneurial activities.
3. The people are open, welcoming, and genuinely curious about building connections. They remained human.
4. The incredible diversity of nature from high mountains to the sea all within a day’s reach. It is a place that feeds the soul. The country is small but so much variable!
5. The potential to grow something new, not just for me but for the community around me. From the entrepreneurial or innovative perspective I see that the 'less developed' countries have much more to offer [if there's enough money for purchase]. The market isn't that saturated.
The more I travel, the more I realize there's no perfect country. But Georgia fits my values of freedom, growth, and the chance to create real options for myself and others. And it feels like a home.
Sometimes where you choose to stay speaks louder than what you say.

this really can be a problem in the too laissez-faire organized company...
guess what?
freedom doesn't imply nothing to do
it implies self-responsibility
trustworthiness
accountability
it is actually MORE demanding because there's no one really behind one's back
but it doesn't mean that the 'forgotten' is not seen
likely someone finds out, but it may take time - and that results in the resentment
that's why the transparency is important in such a settings; not to micromanage, but for clarity of everyone
I believe this applies to the relationships as well - you want to feel ultimately free, and trusted, but for that you have to be reliable and accountable.
the (strange to some) paradox is that if you believe you have to 'be above others', you will get exactly such people who 'needs someone above to control them'. but if you don't take part in this game, then people will somehow miraculously manage to deliver without the control. 🤡
I believe, the best is to live outside of such games tho.
So, what helps?
*not seek power games / parenting ourselves
*sufficient transparency on what's been done
*clear responsibilities and boundaries
yeah, she believes in pro-freedom practices in real life
can it work?
certainly, it does work.
if you don't believe into it, you're likely stuck somewhere in the mindset of the need for parenting, or feeling above other people who 'won't figure out without yourself', or I even got questions on whether people can live actually without manipulations... well, yes.

I wanted AI to draft some new posts. I created a new thread to create a decent prompt. I prompted. I fired it. lol
Maybe I am not patient enough, but it takes massive time for us to go back and forth, to deliver at least slightly what we want, to rewrite it, etc. It's not very good at creating NEW content, it can rewrite something you wrote, but to have NEW ideas, new angles on what you are etc, it's not really good.

I've tried again, it evolves. But yeah, I feel super annoyed and bored reading the same all over again just with new kinda words. That's not the standard I want.

This is the Friday reminder to not take it too seriously - whatever we do, we deal with other *humans*, not just 'business partners' and 'clients'.
I am all into negotiations and I do not give up when I want something.
But - I believe that reminding oneself, we are all humans in the first place, makes one win in a different way, too.
So yeah, I like to go to the stage and sometimes do something fun what I'd love to do actually if I wouldn't be the super serious one. And selfies from the stage are fun.
It worked - after dozens of serious presentations, this seems got attention of those who were already tired, and people remembered my message :)

You'd say managing the calendar for a country is easy (maybe not?)
I got quite more intentional about what events it makes sense to be at - and where it makes sense to apply.
Honestly?
I take the hands off from most events in Europe. It feels like in the region, one only wastes resource to prove oneself. It's not open enough to innovative stuff. I know we've been building a country just for 10 years, but the more likely, I do not think we can afford to waste much energy...
If you arrive to Dubai, it feels like everyone wants you to win. In Europe it feels like everyone only questions you to show you how 'it can't work'. It's very tiring and brings no returns. Asia is great - it's very international, and often innovative in the right circles. It feels easy. US people share similar values so it's like arriving home.
I recently realized we have a quite decent success rate - we get approved our speakership applications some 1 out of 3. And even higher in smaller countries (80-100%). That's awesome and I am glad we can deliver our mission to more people. But the more - we have to keep our resource and target it intentionally...
My current desire is to use it as much as possible - we travel to a location, throw a meetup, connect with local media, meet our supporters, if successful, then some significant entrepreneurs or governmental representatives. We have fresh content we also repurpose globally for credibility and - everything compounds.
The more, I believe it makes sense to choose such locations, where our effort pays off in the first place. Hey, I love to visit Europe for museums... But it's easier if we get to, say, Tajikistan. Next week we travel to Kyrgyzstan and seems I managed to get us there some productive program.
This teaches me a lot - whatever you do, it starts with understanding where you wanna get: to defending discussion, or to get country recognition, or whatever that be in your case. Likely they will cost you same amount of energy.
So yeah, enjoy some intentional living.

It's very fascinating and inspiring to read about Kyrgyzstan desiring to implement blockchain technologies and become a more innovative country.
While doing my research on the upcoming travel for Liberland I am running into a lot of such little details that connect us with other countries. I thought broadening the bank account business to Kyrgyzstan will be smooth. As my visit approaches, I started actively contacting the good banks there, but... something is strange. They say they don't accept proxy! But then, how do some services provide it? Is that some soviet practice?
This seems it won't be as easy as I thought.
I already see that the bank experience isn't as flawless as with the Georgian premium banking, but yet, we wanted to offer some diversification.
Will I manage? 👀

there's a new premium banking option in Georgia, so I of course wanted to check it out.
We assist clients getting the premium banking remotely for some time already, so I wanna check out what's fresh on the market.
first what seemed to be some competitive advantage was the yearly price for the premium cards. Not so premium as at the current service, but decent. I guess it's not bad to decentralize anyway.
The service seemed nice too! I was pretty contacted back on the next day by an English speaking banker to start the process.
But then, this super disappointed me...
I mean, guys, you enter the market with two already established big banks, you must offer something cool... not making 'premium' cheap. You must bring in *something*...
instead?
oh my, what a failure.
Man, I've lived in Georgia since 2020. I was soooo bullied to not be able provide 'sufficient proof of my ties with Georgia'. Yeah I get that running a show / podcast in local TV be a random thing tourists do usually.
I understood this is not just usable for our clients - obviously; despite they claim to lift the condition of having ties with Georgia in the 'unknown' future.
Guys, this was your enter to the market.
You didn't make it - you haven't passed even at people who live here for a long time and promote the country on the international level.
But that's cool - obviously we are not their clients and that's just fair to admit.
Tomorrow I'll share about another option which we are working at now.

I was sitting in the car driving me to the city.
An accepting joy. This is life: facing real problems and resolving them with grace. The beauty of adulthood is that life is in our hands. No one is coming - and that's just right, not bitter.
Life is happening now. It brings problems and beauty, obstacles and love.
I left the mountains.
But I also left something behind.
What I got in return was an empty space.
Who am I outside growth, outside pace, outside endless hope?
Who may I become?
Like a statue, I placed before me something to never forget:
Inside, we are free.
Freedom changed meanings to become 'ownership'.
We temporarily took on what was never ours: shame, guilt, roles. Then we forgot it was temporary.
There may still remain contradictions:
~ asking to be left alone when we want closeness
~ leaving when we want to stay
~ doing it all alone when we want to expand
I left the mountains and knew this is life.
We hide from real problems and obsess about news and politics.
We distract ourselves, create irrelevant problems to avoid seeing the real ones.
We prefer to fix what we can control, rather than face what truly matters.
We may meditate endlessly to avoid that fearful, unpredictable life.
We may seek peace, but forget life has all the colors.
No anger - no love.
We may isolate to protect the peace we aim to identify with.
But real awareness belongs in the everyday.
Life in a free state involves randomness.
Anything can happen.
If each day doesn’t feel new, we’re trapped.
Or rather, we trapped ourselves to feel safe.
We maintain the illusion of safety with tension and control.
I left the mountains and celebrated life as it is, full of color, full of challenge.

Consider the comparison of costs with the neighboring Armenia 🇦🇲 which… well… it’s a lovely place, no offense, but I find Georgia to be much more developed in many things (and low bureaucratic).
The bigger players from abroad already slowly notice, but it’s still *early*.
Georgian real estate market is still niche.
And the growth is real.
And wait wait - yes now the market here normalized after the pandemic and war fluctuations.

things that became a huge relief and I haven't understand it in the past
*someone arranges stuff for me and I don't have to worry about it and make decisions on things that don't really matter (travel, appointments, logistics, details, ops)
*removing small talk, more true connection over values or humanity & actual deliverables and efficiency
*not arguing with people who like to argue for the show and sense of importance (and men are always right, remember; overall learning I do not need to be right)
*not working or interacting with people who make it excessively difficult - I don't feel anxiously tied to most things, often it's easier to leave and not do it at all, rather than wasting even more resource on it in the future
*any way that makes my life like 'worrying less' and lighter, easier in some way - be that guy who pays the bill or helps me with the coat, in the business that be reliability overall, delivering & transparency

It's an independent documentary made by their production, I do really appreciate the hard work of the team and showcasing their view of us; I believe it's a fine introduction into what we do. I especially appreciate they kept there Vit explaining that the concept of the country is a construct.
You can watch it here - the time flies very fast, it's really well made, I'd say. It's 30 minutes (short version) - they are also working on the longer version to be out later this year.

And I can finally say it: Crypto in Kazakhstan just turned a major corner.
Here’s what’s coming:
— 💳 Crypto cards (finally! We’ve been working on this since 2022 — now it’s officially greenlit),
— 🪙 Asset tokenization (a bit later, but it’s on the roadmap),
— 💱 Stablecoin pilots (also coming this year),
— 📜 Legal reforms for the digital economy (trust me — these are long awaited and very welcome).

Came for the beautiful views, affordable cost of living, but stayed for low bureaucracy, working services, ease of doing business and because it just feels like a home. That's Georgia to me.
The highest hidden tax you pay is the headache you have to having to deal with the ever-changing bureaucracy and excessive attention you have to bring to the politics.
Most countries want to make you feel like you won a jackpot to be born there. I thought the same, coming for central Europe. Over time the problems become habitual, everyone gets used to complaining as a national sport and it seems as if there's nothing else, because the grass isn't really greener elsewhere. And anyway, look at Lojza here, he went to work in London to factory and it was so bad so he returned 😀
Thanks god we're not sixteen anymore, and being adults, we can exercise enough self-ownership. Sovereignty. The life is ours to choose what we want to fulfill that with. Yes yes, including the place of living - or operating the business - or having the bank account.
The world is, thankfully, huge.
My own gut feeling curiosity draw me to the post-soviet countries and I am deeply glad about that today. I'd love you to benefit as well - without having to get up from your sofa. I am sharing some opportunism related stuff here. Now yes, it's Georgia. Soon to expand more tho.

let's be real:
when I lived in Czechia, in the EU, back in 2020 before migrating, no one around me really knew about where Georgia lays.
As best, it was associated with 'cheap backpacker lifestyle'.
meh :)
I can see first hand how that transformed - not just the narrative abroad, but how things are moving forward by far; while maintaining the historical part of the country.
everything is online - you got one governmental building to resolve stuff.
We open premium accounts for western clients remotely in a beautiful boutique hotel-alike interior (but no, no, that's a bank).
The bank account can do likely x10 more than what I could do with my former European account 😀
It feels adequate.
It simply... works.
You got a banker, yes, but, in the first place - you resolve most stuff in your app within minutes.
Forget this in places with excessive bureaucracy that slows down the progress by far.
'But Sam, who would want a bank account in Georgia?'
- Georgians are so accustomed to the things simply *working* they can't grasp that.
Well, mostly those are people who wanna diversify their banking, especially during the travels, as these premium accounts make the traveling even more convenient with the airport lounges, good exchange rates, 0% ATM withdrawals and such. I am using my VISA concierge daily which saves me enormous time, but let me write about that some other time.
So, yes. Strangely enough, such small places in the Caucasus can overcome many 'western' services by far.

I really hate bureaucracy.
I grew in Central Europe and - maybe you know what I mean, if you ever had a freelance license or LLC in the region - it's a headache.
What seems stable on the outside, is rather changing often. It makes sense considering the complexity. You feel like you cannot really grasp it, ever. You're too little, the state feels overwhelmingly too big.
Man, I was so frustrated. And I still feel somewhat anxious writing that now.
The more it was quite surprising to me when I moved to Georgia in 2020, not knowing anything or anyone, rather randomly 'ending up' here, choosing the location out of curiosity.
Now it's rather a no-brainer, but back in the day, I was shocked how things can work smoothly, easily, transparently, to the point you won't really believe, unless you experience that yourself.
You name it:
Flawless banking.
Hiring here - even remotely.
Real estate market & registration.
Registering an LLC or freelance license.
When you live there, you got one building basically for everything. The rest is online by default. Everything works rather smoothly - the ease of transfers or payments is mindblowing.
Then I realized that this can be very beneficial for those who don't live here too:
*growing real estate market where you can get everything sorted remotely via power of attorney with a quality agent, including sorting out your residency card in case you purchased over 100k$ real estates
*hiring remotely qualified yet cheaper workforce with much better non-socialist conditions for employment and saving plenty of $$
*quality premium bank accounts with plenty of perks for diversification [I use that happily as the primary account during my travels!]
And I am glad I am helping out people to know about such awesome non-conventional stuff.
Came for mountains, stayed for business & life 😀
Georgia really feels like a home.
But besides that, I feel really glad it doesn't cause me much headaches and I can focus on doing things, rather than filling out papers.

I remember to be criticized in the past for ‘too fast’ pace.
But
Why to waste time with indecisive people where you throw solutions but they don’t like any :)
Now I’m not criticized because I have around people who are not triggered by decisiveness.
I’d wait till forever, or I may go do things at first alone - and over time with people who share the same pace. There are a few, it’s worthy to find them.
I highly believe in the capacity to decide, in responsibility for that, and reflection on the direction - sometimes it’s better to leave what doesn’t work instead of anxiously maintaining it, keeping it alive. Not everything is worthy our energy and in the end the best decision is the one that doesn’t have to be even made.
Far too many never really do; some do a lot of what doesn’t drive what one wants.
High self awareness, clarity in objectives and decisiveness are hot.

At the end of August I decided to try a hypothesis: let’s travel more for work and socialize with quality people*.
8 months in.
How did it go?
It’s time to reflect and make a decision. I visited most places I was considering as a potential home. I met thousands of people, some in a shallow, some in deeper way. I feel lucky!
Some thoughts:
- There are quality people* everywhere. However, there are places where it’s easier to ‘bump into them’ and where it gets frustrating.
- Do you want to be in a place you uplift or in a place you can already opt into an inspiring environment?
- similar level people to feel connected x people who inspire you [can get rare] - both are somewhat important and normal to want, but can get tiring to find
- hard to build deeper relationships in a short time BUT possible to distinguish people right away
- locations attract particular people + make particular people stay. It’s a thing - both for locals and immigrants / expats.
- you don’t have to care about the norms if you’re not the norm; YET it’s great to be in similar level / values environment. You can choose which norms you aim for tho.
- there are places that like beauty and that shame beauty; wealth; health etc. usually people who don’t allow themselves something (wealth) feel triggered by that. One can bear envy of others but also questionable to what degree we want to face that.
- there’s no one best place for life, so out of this you wanna know what matters the most to you [to me it’s now the deeper connection with quality people, can be a few, that’s enough:)]
*quality people to me = entrepreneurial sovereign mature minds with personality [non-suppressed]

it feels somewhat incredible; another world, when I look at me from the side now. How much I moved around and forward, and to the world; to the stage when there's no way back, as it shapes you and your world perception. And there you go, speak at the events around the globe, with some top minds from everywhere. It's specifically humbling in the non self-suppressive way. At the same time, it puts one on its place. Where is it you feel comfortable? The stage is fine... Daily bread, natural habitat. Why it doesn't come stressful or with nervousness? It comes as a place to be, appropriate, for oneself. But then it's just one of those places; I feel the same appropriateness in the nature, spontaneously running around, like a child, playing, or doing some simple things like the tea drinking or being active the ways I enjoy.
I shifted a bit what I aim to pursue to the simple 'actualization of myself in various areas I find interesting'. As I do not believe in the black and white trade off. I see how it causes the inner suffering, while one part of us rationalizes why we cannot have it all. That internal conflict and frustration it creates.
And then I look around and see that it can all work out without that; one may purely pursue the joy one wants to experience, and that's just right. Those various areas, various spots, to find own place in the world; the place for oneself, and that changes with time too, as part of the game. So where will be my place in a month or a year? So fascinating how mostly it comes from the inner allowance anyway. Choose well, don't compromise. Remove the scarcity mindset, the artificial urgency, and actualize out of joy and desire.
Pleasure / joy is an extension of being to me; the problem is most confuse that with the dopamine hit and excitement which drives you toward the minus, the depressive state, up and down; but true pleasure doesn't, as that's the being itself. Have you really felt it, ever? As most aren't even in the here. [not that to be my business tho]

Perception of scarcity in socialization is so irrelevant, but hard to escape. Especially the more one 'specifies' oneself, the more the sense of connection feels as if rare 'because of math', but again, it's not relevant. The right people always come over, if we are open to that; the healthy attracts the health, wisdom attracts wisdom; and there's more randomness in all this than I was willing to admit. It really helped me a lot to meet thousands of people over the last months, to understand that what you perceive as rare and yes, is not mediocre, it is mathematically not SO common, is most likely super common around you.
Say 'retired in 30s' - sorry, man, but literally 90% of my circle. Global-first - 90% of people who surround me (it's also not the first criteria for me, I have some awesome people around who are not so global). Pro-freedom / libertarian, healthy, not drinking, rarely on social media / no social media on the phone, heavy on books, active, no addictions, etc etc etc. It's just SO common for me. Met a guy without any phone recently, too.
Another lesson here, too. Don't try to 'stand out' for its own sake; following own curiosity, interest, is relevant.
Also tons of awesome people around; easy to make new friends when one is intentional and actually open. All those acting hard to get / building a wall around oneself, super mysterious etc - yeah, sorry, not playing that. Better investing myself into actually open genuine people, going deeper, closer [when I'm interested in]. This feels very pleasant.
Now, I have a very serious desire though [ehm, right after the one called 'Dubai please...']: to go to Georgia [I specifically don't tell 'return to', as I can see I will arrive as slightly different person, again] and re-establish my home. And I am truly excited about that, really looking forward to it. I can't wait to buy a half-year gym pass at the World class, go to the Paragraph spa and organize again some get togethers, maybe my networking breakfasts, and returning to one place, having an actual home, not having to figure out 'where do I sleep tomorrow / tonight'.
Surprisingly, it's somewhat easy, light to me, maybe habitual, but let's be honest how tiring it gets.
After months spent rereading Tao Te Ching, mostly in solitude, with my regime, hobbies, while traveling around potential home locations, checking out for myself how does it feel, conditionally in the current state, attending and speaking around the globe, I know I am CHOOSING Georgia, anew. It's the right deal to me now. It's super conditional and subjective, and I really wish people would choose for themselves, too, intentionally - environment, surroundings, people, hobbies, work, continent. And man, you bet, some choices may differ with time; some stick though. It's also fascinating to me to observe what matters as the time flows, and what doesn't at all. Same with people - what connects you: is it (bad) habits, or emotional depth / intellectual proximity?

I've been without a base [home] for the past 7 months.
That's not what you want to 'survive', you wanna feel good.
How do I handle it?
> mindful about own resources - my calendar has two colors: what gives and takes resources. The emotional state changes a lot.
> routine / rituals I actually enjoy doing. First, stop doing everything you don't want to do. Then, while listening to yourself, figure out the routine you yourself are deeply interested in. You may reverse engineer from where you want to be in X years and what may bring you there. To me, that's posture & dance classes, tea drinking, walks, books, quality meals, effortless time. Also, think of what you do NOT want to have in life, too. Apply to people as well.
> Anxiety coming from uncertainty - plan a little. You own the journey, you can always change the decision, but planning where you would like to be in a month or 6 lowers the uncertainty. It may sound a bit ridiculous, but when one can be anywhere, anytime, it gets hard: it's necessary to make decisions.
> Intention: know where you're headed, why you are where you are, why you do what you do. It makes a massive difference when you really feel you live *your* life, you're on *your journey*, you know why you're waking up in the morning.
> Apply to a normal life too :)
I'm all in for optionality;
But in the first place, for accountability and responsibility for own life.
And, I want to live well. So I have to make decisions. And if you don't make decisions, you're just blind to 'what you're not changing you're choosing'.
It's very uncomfortable to face that we're the bottleneck in our own well-being.

I consider going deeper into the Batumi real estate market because I see cash inflow there from various sources (Saudi, Emirati, Europeans, Chinese, Turkish). Quite insane but good. Also good way to get a plan B residency when investing at least 100k$. So you get two fresh apartments you can rent out pretty well especially during the season [maybe I could handle the ops of this too?] and plan B residency card in nonsense fast evolving city which is still a hidden gem.

I eat when I’m hungry or just feel like it.
I work out when I want to—because I like being alive, and I like myself.

I don’t hesitate to leave a restaurant, spa, or date if it’s not good enough.
It wasn't always like that.

I feel alienated from some friends living ‘out there in the first world [Europe]’ where nothing changes for years, except for more regulations and prolonged time to ‘go to pension’, increased and invented new taxes and plans to build the bridge in five years which gets postponed by 15 years more.
I got so used to things just working, services rather to surprise me pleasantly with new inventions, way how things get done, 15 min food delivery in Dubai or alike. I am so used to being surprised it’s not a surprise.
Farming spot in the metro?
Of course, Korea…
Could I return to the ‘first world’?
No, not really. I cannot live under such conditions of handing over responsibility for own life to waste my energy on complaining about the system, no, no.
Obviously, the environment doesn’t change my self esteem.
However, it influences my emotional state.
So, why to tolerate any mistreatment?
I feel lucky to build such a high optionality over the years, as well as letting myself see the worlds in all its angles.
Choose the best, that’s what one deserves.

We want to be treated for whom we deeply are, but we do the opposite, hiding our true self behind the ‘professional’ or ‘nice’ facade.
Trying to serve everyone, trying to be ‘friends’ with everyone, agreeing with everyone, getting more contacts, photos, ‘connections’, to suppress own true thoughts, impressions or wants.
‘But you can’t just tell what you think, how the world would look like?’
Well, first - I can. In the first place I don’t hide my thoughts from myself.
Second, it doesn’t mean everyone is worthy of my expression. I value myself above explaining myself to someone I don’t care about. [and I mean overall why to explain myself…]
So yet, how to properly create a balance?
The more we embrace the truer self the less the facade seems worth the energy. What for?
To be said, I’m bold, determined and directed, at least part of me is. Yet, even deeper, I don’t care that much about that. It’s not what indetifies me, at the deep core. And I guess it’s not worth the energy to prove. Because - I’m also present, open minded and accepting, and I find that valuable too, and that’s effortless as it’s natural to me.
Have you thought of what you try to ensure you deliver to the world, over explaining it or proving it? What for?
It also made me think how most of what we may admire isn’t true at all.

25% of the year is gone. 😱
It’s been a pleasant ride so far and I got what I wanted:
*one unplanned work trip to Hong Kong made me explore a new favorite city
*first speech on our space program [also Hong Kong, but planned :)]
*met tons of new awesome and inspiring people around various countries
*planned the first ever Liberland Popup city in Serbia 🇷🇸 - while being thousands of kilometers away
*I started The Freeist weekly newsletter about broadening individual freedom. And I keep writing it!
On more personal note that influenced work:
*I understood that it’s the emotional connection that makes a country suitable for me
*I learned I bring people together literally anywhere. Organized an awesome small private meetup in Da Nang.
*I went from ‘I’m tired’ into ‘I can do everything, world is a playground, there are no trade offs. I’ll have it all.’ This is my most favorite one!
*I took myself on a travel for travel holidays after a long time.
*I reflected on what I don’t enjoy doing and handed over my press secretary work. I focus just on speakership, more strategic visibility and initiated partnerships where it makes sense.
*I had enough of travels and decided to move permanently back to Georgia 🇬🇪. I find it valid to see the world and understand what works for one: I miss Georgian authenticity, simplicity and my friends. It’s not the most ambitious place in the world but I felt just right there. I think it’s awesome to have the capacity to make new decisions as we change. And I’ve changed a lot again in these three months.
*I had a chance to meet some very influential people and I feel humbled in the best way. (Non suppressive) I really feel like *being in my place*, loved, cared about - despite I spend most time alone. I also understand I’m either into solitude or deeper connection, nothing in between.
*I am learning to let go more and it attracts me some great people too, admitting there are events outside of my control, making me more relaxed.
*Most weeks I work 4 days a week only.
*I fixed my hormone balances but don’t take it lightly and I give myself space for more life.
Much more to come, ladies and gentlemen. I hope Q2 to be dedicated to the finished book, building home, delivering the Popup city, speakerships, close friends circle, broadening my opportunistic services beyond Georgia [especially the premium banking] and return of my networking breakfasts - but who knows. Maybe even more :)

I can’t imagine the disappointment when one has set holidays, planning the ‘resting’ months or years in advance, and then is met with a bad weather. Saving money to enjoy the only week or two off once in a while. And I don’t comment when you give up the spontaneity for the guided tour so it’s not alterable at all.
Quick fix? None.
Long term thinking?
Create a value of yours and take over more ownership of own life. Choose when you work and where.
It’s not something that’s easy, despite it seems easy today. Yet it is about giving up something, hoping, increasing the odds and believing into inself. It’s about daring to build oneself life one wants to live. Because, what’s the point in anything else?

What I see in most cases is just a fight against the current status quo. However, that only provides it even more legitimacy. By ‘fighting’ you deliver energy to the source of your pain.
I prefer Taoism though, which is a little contraintuitive in this case.
What actually makes a difference is creation, and then validation of that creation by enough people. Not to seek external validation in the first place, but we don’t live in a vacuum.
Practicing voluntarism, we cannot enforce our own ‘truths’ on other people, it just makes no sense [despite most western systems work just like that].
Thus, ship more.

Fascinating how the early times of life makes one hiding own true self to become one to fit in, to the point it becomes this habitual it’s frightening to show oneself even to oneself fully.
That leads to self alienation, fulfilling wants and goals of one’s false self, that’s extensively explaining and rationalizing the decisions.
If you know how rational I am - it was very shocking and hard for myself ‘what do you mean to give up the self control; I’m increasing the odds to get to the results I want’.
To be said: now I deeply believe in a balance between taking ownership of own life and letting go, allowing the randomness to exist [because it exists no matter what we think].
I wish more people lived their life, of their own true personality, being a friend of own thoughts and being. Yet, it’s very painful to admit one has been living in a lie for too long, wasting so much time, effort, energy, to prove one’s existence.
I’ve been digging into this for over the last three years, bringing The Freeist another deeper degree. So proud.

I travel alone and I spend a lot of time alone, but that doesn’t mean I don’t value connection.

That’s why deep down, I’m into more authentic experiences.

Some people come for a few days, some travel for a week or two and some stay for a whole month. And I get that because k cannot wait myself. I want to colive with a few doers, sharing a meal in the morning and in the evening, enjoying yoga, tea drinking, effortless walks which I will lead, and coworking as well. I feel the potential of some hidden gems countries - and I’d love to spread more awareness on how one may benefit from that, even remotely.

We overlook the most important when we choose the environment for life.
And yes, where you stay is your choice too, as you don’t change it.
I’ve spent a few days in Japan and it’s been the most frustrating, lonely and sad experience. The food and aesthetics is great but besides, it’s rather emotionally suppressed and there not much contact between people.
Here I realized in comparison to say Vietnam, it’s not about language proficiency, but the emotional connectedness that makes the difference. In Vietnam, I felt I mattered, I was visible, and I felt the community gots my back. Japan - or central and Northern Europe, feels much more disconnected and lonely.
Imagine, I’ve been traveling solo for 14 years but never felt this lonely.
It’s an interesting aspect I haven’t realized before: how the emotional availability matters. Not the fake pretended niceness.
It’s very valid to consider for both relocation and work.

I’m turning 30 later this year (end of August), yet I can’t believe: I feel I’ve lived quite a life already!
I can feel my world perception in my bones, the life experience and intellectual capacity. I really treasure age and I see every year as an asset because of the perspective it provides. I admire it [and I haven’t understood this in the past].
A lot have changed even just in the last months: I’m glad for the amount of undistracted solitude I experienced as it allowed me to see the new angles of the old. So as I’m glad for the human connection I take more and more seriously: it is a mirror, if one is willing to see it.
I’m arriving to a deeper self acceptance, as well as acceptance of others.
But more than ever, I look at myself now from the eyes of older self, and reverse engineer: what will be the todays actions I’ll utilize, and value, when I will be 70? If I will get there.
What of my habits, actions, are worthy to pursue, are worthy of my time and attention, and what I may drop?
Do I want to continue with Vietnamese or better start Chinese? I shall take the posture classes more seriously. Walking makes me feel very well… and: what do I seek in people? What emotional state I want to be in?
I also see how this interest into impression, the dopamine hit, excitement, disappears. I seek peacefulness instead.
A few more months to go, yet I feel so pleasantly satisfied already, and proud.

I’ve never felt as lonely vibe as in Japan. It’s fascinating how it promotes to the advertising: showcasing your emotional experience with your phone.
I am totally into more tactile and community based societies, despite their common problem is often the suppression of the individualism.
Somewhat I find the best balance of building a family based on respect towards personality in a community and trust based society.
I feel glad I could have experience enough to build my own judgment.

Our journey with Liberland started in Istanbul, where we met Liberland Representative Samuela Davidova at an event. I fought this social construct a lot.
Tried to fit in. Thought I had to pick one.
I wanted to be soft and feminine, but without burying my past efforts. I imagined that if I embraced the catty, sexy miau, I’d have to carry an air of indifference. But the more I work on myself, the more I realize—I am indifferent, but in an honest way. I engage when I care, and I don’t when I don’t. Nothing in between.
At the same time, I’ve never been more alive, more real, more present. I see how idealized images pull people away from reality. They exist, but they’re not *there*. Meanwhile, I’ve become more peaceful, more relaxed—and, paradoxically, more confident. Not because I’ve built another mask, but because there’s nothing left to hide. I’ve simply become myself.
I used to think my ambition and my softer side contradicted each other. They don’t. True love—whether for people, work, or life—is rooted in freedom, not control. I integrate that intention not just into my career, but into everything. And the more I embrace interest in my personal life, the more it fuels my work—if they’re even separate at all.
I tried to force myself into a structured regime, but it doesn’t work for me. I don’t like rigid time constraints. What doeswork? Transparency, honesty, predictability. Enough clarity to lower uncertainty—so I can actually enjoy the rest.
I say I want a home, but in reality?
Building a global community fits me best, for now.
I also questioned my desire to speak. It shifted. I no longer feel the need to prove anything—to others, or to myself. Instead, I stand where I belong, in places that fit me. And I feel genuine pride in that—because I worked to be a good fit for them, too.
And the more I grow, the more I see: I don’t have to pick just one. The beauty is in embracing and integrating all parts of myself.
You may say, Girl, you’ll never find anyone this way.
But I see it differently. This path only attracts those who are real and honest with themselves, too. You won’t notice them if you don’t believe they exist—if you don’t embody it yourself.
I leave the games to those still afraid to be themselves.
I feel the free(i)st I’ve ever been—and the most loving, too. Not toward any object. Just as a state of being.

Hell no.
I work on Liberland every. single. day. 😃
I get messages daily—collaborations, speakerships, interviews. It’s everywhere in my life. [Maybe a bit too much?]
Even when I take time off, there’s always a DM waiting... Citizenship, ma’am. 😀
I even choose where I stay based on upcoming events, extending my time to experience new places. (Thus, ‘strategically homeless.’)
It just makes more sense than renting long-term—for now.
I can’t express enough how proud I am of how fast things are evolving. Liberland turns 10 this year, and the momentum is accelerating.
But it’s not just about the milestones…
It’s about those 1 AM rep calls.
It’s about opening the laptop after 12+ hours of networking across multiple cities.
It’s about being sent to a “random” event and unexpectedly meeting ministers.
It’s about discussing political communication for the 21st century in the Australian Parliament.
And sure, it’s fun too—meeting incredible people worldwide, seeing ideas take shape. I feel really lucky.
Yes, it’s demanding. It’s exhausting. But it’s also exciting.
Most of all, it’s my choice. It aligns with my values, my philosophy.
So yes, of course I’m involved.
More than ever in a way.
Right now, I’m preparing a one-month pop-up city dedicated to deSpace & deSci—yet another future-building initiative.
We’re working on a space showcase.
I’m initiating the next big speeches and collaborations.
Maybe I should share more about what I’m working so hard on. 😉

I was always scared to let go.
No one guarantees you anything: will you arrive to the new destination, where you desire to get?
But anyway, I did it: I left one school for another, one industry for another. I made jumps from acting to hospitality, to event management, to PR, to IT, to the representative work and going more entrepreneurial; initiating more myself, finally.
I left one country for another, to leave again without any guarantees for what may I never really find [a new home].
Everytime, it felt scary, it felt like you start from scratch but…
You never really start from scratch.
Everything you learned till now, counts.
I let go of people, of places, of positions…
To acquire empty space.
And finally, to get where I wanted.
Over the years I’ve learned I cannot get the new unless I let go of that takes away my resource in the first place. It requires particular heroism, but I thank myself for it.
I also had an obsolete strategy - disowning my fear by acting ‘fearless’. Facing it, I do not know yet, how things will evolve differently in my life. I can just tell I became more vulnerable :)
Now I work more on acquiring what I want to build long-term, without the desire to leave. I aim to pursue what’s authentic to me, what’s *mine*, as an honor towards my own resource. But yet, there are always some unnecessary things that don’t serve us, and I believe, identifying these, and letting them go, is freeing. It’s what creates the space for the new, for what’s meant to be.

I didn't have a clue about that when I was packing my things. 🫨
Back in 2020, I moved on my own from Prague to Tbilisi, the capital of Georgia.
I've never been there before and I didn't know anyone there.
I thought it was a temporary thing, but it still lasts.
I was rather skeptical about Georgia when I was leaving Central Europe, but then I learned more. And that shocked me.
The first thing was certainly the banking.
I wanted the local bank for local use, but now I understand it's an incredible fit for global travel. Made super simple, completely remotely manageable, awesome exchange rates, premium cards... I was shocked and now I'm glad we found a way with my business partner Pavol Luptak to help clients from all around the world to get such premium banking remotely for themselves within 2-3 weeks. We even handle the apostille to make it extra convenient for busy entrepreneurs. Truly global. Awesome.
The second - the variability in culture.
Georgia is a small country, but the food, nature, and cultural habits are so diverse! It's very traditional and that makes it extremely stimulating even for someone like me who doesn't like the stereotype. And here we go to...
The third - a trust-based society.
Something I later experienced also in SE Asia. People rely on each other rather than on the big entities [corporates / government]. Much more contact among people in society. That felt very safe for me, and it was also easy to make new friends. Local mindset is also driven by non-suppressed curiosity, making it a great fit to hire remotely for a fraction of the cost. I was quite shocked to learn how many countries not only limit purchases but also the transactions abroad or withdrawals. That’s totally mindblowing - compared to the premium bank account I open for global clients in Georgia that have *no* transaction limit. Of course the bank asks question if there’s something fishy, but that’s not the point. Many countries make it impossible for people to transfer a few hundreds of dollars.
It only means making it impossible to leave the country, too. The narrative in the EU [excessive questioning/hard times] becomes the same.

if you see the world through, as a construct, you accept there's no 'should', you're not truly 'obliged', you choose everything in your calendar, how you spend your time and with whom. You're the owner.
We often prolong the pattern of the constraints from childhood, push ourselves into the places where we don't want to be.
Rather than curiosity, we feed the self-suppression.
Rather than acceptance, we punish ourselves for existence.
Rather than practicing self-preservation and prolonging, we degrade.
Allowing oneself curiosity, joy for life, awareness, honesty, reality - letting oneself live.
Surprisingly, it requires effort, a choice.
A choice to choose what works for one.
That's not a one-time process, though. We consciously have to choose the way we live and how we want to be treated at any given moment. Over and over again: what's in your day, what do you eat, what people you allow to spend your emotional energy on, and whom you want to surround yourself with.
Again and again, day by day, you choose to preserve yourself. You choose to live, experience reality, or run away from it. You choose not to suffer, or you choose to complicate your own life, allow the tension to prevail, listen to those you're not interested in.
While the choice for oneself leads to the chosen.
And, exploration of new activities, going out to the 'market' of life, and seeing how different people behave, what different people do for a living, how they spend their own time; broadens the awareness of the possible.
Choice broadens the optionality.
Optionality broadens freedom.

May I meet my future husband, create a loving warm home, and finish the book about broadening individual freedom - The Freeist. Seems I will kick off the weekly Sunday newsletter meanwhile at least.

I’ll reside in Bali for a bit soon. I seek warmth, lack of noise, availability, clarity, honesty - in both environment and social life. And a bit slower, simple pace. Home. Thankfully, I can create it myself, while I finally see the value in the connection too.
I’m pretty confident about my direction and progress. May the growth continue. I’m certain it will hit the right people who appreciate that and I’ll create an even more amazing circle around me.
I’ll be back with some takeaways and throwbacks when I’ll feel like it, sometime later. So far, I can see how I’ve transformed from a cute girl into a more cat-like lady, and it brings me great joy.
