The truth behind the scenes ? After all afternoon at the conference, interview, moderation and many new contacts I need… to disappear and enjoy time alone in my favorite Kafeterija 😹 The more I am extroverted the more I am introverted (I honestly question the extroversion/introversion concept but that’s for another day…). Belgrade!!! You’ve been amazing 🫶🏻 Off back to Tbilisi 🇬🇪 soon

‘Sam would you moderate the conference for a bit?’ Yeah sure, no problem. 😍🤝🐈‍⬛

the biggest enemies of any system are not the ones fighting it. they are the ones who quietly packed, left, and built something independent. i think about this with banking too. the people most protected financially are not the ones angry about how their bank behaves. they are the ones who stopped depending on a single institution in a single jurisdiction and built something that does not have a single point of failure. TBC bank in georgia is a traditional, publicly listed bank. FTSE 250. outside EU regulatory reach. personal banker. opens remotely at your non-EU address. the process on your side is now fully digital. you pay, fill in a form, upload a passport scan, sign. we generate every document automatically and handle all of the process from there. 3 weeks later your banker contacts you directly. not a protest. not a workaround. a sovereign choice made from your laptop in about 10 minutes. Crypto regulation will define 2026 for the entire Web3 industry. Who gets to shape that conversation matters. On March 25, our representative Samuela Davidova takes the moderator seat at BWiGA in Belgrade, leading the Trends 2026 panel on crypto regulation alongside Anina Milanovic, Marko Matanovic, Tobias Jack Lewis, and Andranik Tagramadzhian. These are the people building, investing, and operating inside the regulatory pressure. The conversation will be direct and the perspectives will not all agree. Tomorrow, March 25. Kula Tower, Belgrade Waterfront. See you there: bwiga.com

Today I got up to a new email about a new customer 🥳 for the georgian 🇬🇪 bank account opening remotely by me & my business partner Pavol Luptak and I felt genuinely happy for a new client! He was concerned about the questions the bank asks (like about the other bank accounts & where). We open the bank accounts in TBC and honestly they’re pretty easy going, but yes they have some questions in place. Pavol now made the process super smooth for the clients but that also means we ask the questions right away to not bother later anymore. So: you pay, upload passport, signature, answer the questions and a chat with us in signal is generated, documents are created and we take care of the rest. The aim was that we didn’t want to bother clients and wanted to simplify it and do everything at once for them. We handle the paperwork while they can mind their business. But here I realize that the automation that increases efficiency and removes the human element also removes that kind of… trustworthiness that comes from engaging with a human being, despite that being inefficient. 😭😄 Damn the more of the AI the more I over communicate, the more I wanna be in touch in a real way despite that being inefficient but it fulfills my own needs for socializing. Thoughts on maintaining efficiency but not losing the human touch?? 😄

he obsessed over security before signing anything. i respect that completely. his first question: at what point could you access my personal account if you wanted to? precise answer. we handle your documents processing and initiate the bank account opening for your. that is the full extent of our access. the moment the account opens the banker contacts him directly, not through us. every subsequent step requires his own authentication. cards and PINs ship from TBC straight to his address. we never see them. there is no point after opening where we could do anything with his account. we built it this way deliberately. our job is to open the premium account for our clients. the moment that is done our access ends structurally, not by policy. my partner Pavol Luptak runs a cybersecurity company. we're wired for security. the client process is fully automated and digital. you pay, upload a passport scan, answer the questions, upload your signature. zero back and forth. he went ahead and had bureaucracy over within less than 10 minutes. we handled all the paperwork for him. diversify as well. get your georgian bank account with us at liberation.services

I was gifted recently this small self reflection book. Took it with me for the current work trip to Belgrade 🇷🇸 and it quickly became a great habit to pause for an hour with a Chinese tea (in making). I believe one doesn’t have to frustrate own need (we don’t need to loose something) to appreciate it, but self awareness is what distinguishes the appreciation. I’ve been also working with phrase completions from Nathaniel Branden for over 1.5y which helped me with transparency and truth in my life and consequently increased my self esteem. Now I wanna hear your favorite methods and tips for self reflection guys 😀

I didn't have this many requests for connection about one event at any other conference... next week I will spend in Belgrade, my favorite Serbia 🇷🇸 as I am joining BWiGA Conference on Wednesday. Already planned several meetings for Tuesday, interview for Wednesday, and having several connections in place before landing in the town. That's pretty unusual - usually I just arrive and do all the networking out there in person. To be said, I feel quite excited, haven't traveled for work for a few weeks. I cannot wait to walk & enjoy the city, as well as to moderate the panel on 2026 trends ranging from RWA, regulation through AI... with some of the brightest minds in the wider region and beyond. I feel lucky, but in reality it's purely just another reminder that we create our own luck in a way ourselves. So, let's keep going. What one thing I'd thank myself in a year I can do today? / to me it's writing my book The Freeist

i used to think banking diversification was for very wealthy people or very paranoid ones. then i watched a friend spend three weeks unable to access her own money because a fintech algorithm flagged her account and there was nobody to call. she is neither wealthy nor paranoid. she is a completely normal person with a completely legitimate financial life who had made the same assumption most people make: that the default is fine. the default is one institution with one algorithm and no human on the other end when something goes wrong. TBC bank is a traditional, publicly listed georgian bank. FTSE 250. physical branches. personal banker who picks up when something matters. opens remotely at your both EU and non-EU address. 3 weeks. two documents from you. it is not for wealthy or paranoid people. it is for anyone who has decided that a single point of failure in their personal financial life is a risk worth addressing. this reminds me we all have our own pace and teaches me the compassion I need if I want to write The Freeist book with the true impact, not just another dopamine boost that will dissolve in days. reading maslow's 'toward a psychology of being' is a great read for sustainable long term natural growth. tldr? we truly grow not out of tension and anxiety, but when we allow ourselves all the states, when we feel safe and the lower emotional states become irrelevant as we PREFER to live better yes yes not being tired, exhausted, pushing oneself but delivering out of a resourceful state, calm mind, feeling safety if you know me - well, you also know I could write just about that topic myself... I've been living out of a survival state for years, while finally getting 'back to myself' over the last few years. I felt so scared, I couldn't believe it: wait, you wanna tell me that after all the years pushing myself, forcing myself, it would be actually possible to live what I want out of a relaxed pleasant state? will it not fall apart? will I still be able to make money? will I survive? man, I was so damn scared but then I wondered... what else to strive for in my life than to live out of a joyful state? to postpone the joy for later? to postpone the life I want for later? to postpone sleeping well, living mindfully, being relaxed for... for when? you might also know that all these 'later' end up totally different than expected when you live all life out of tension, do you believe you will be able to relax somehow magically when you be sixty? I understand that the capability to live out of the capacity that I'd call self-preservation, is where one meets with own vulnerabilities, fears and pains, as well as the self-limiting behaviour where we waste our potential. [and it sounds totally contra-intuitively, it doesn't really make sense but it's really us who limit ourselves the most, not some external forces] // sharing my new favorite read while continuing writing my book the freeist day 43

two clients came to us the same week. one had been living across southeast asia for three years. his dutch bank gave him 30 days to provide a local address he no longer had. one had crypto income. three EU banks closed his personal account after exchange withdrawals. nothing illegal. just algorithms with no context and nobody with authority to look twice. different countries. different problems. completely different lives. same process. they each paid, uploaded a passport scan, answered the questions, uploaded their signature. 10 minutes of their time. meanwhile, documents generated automatically. sent once. we handled the remaining of their premium georgian bank account opening completely from there on. same outcome. TBC concept 360, traditional georgian personal account. london stock exchange listed. personal banker from day one. both had their bankers contact them within three weeks since they submitted the documents - we handled the headache. the bank does not need you to fit a profile designed for people who never leave home. it needs you to be a real person with a real passport. get yours now - we'll be happy to serve you. liberation.services

why do people with EU passports open personal bank accounts in georgia? i get this question a lot. the short answer: because they stopped assuming their home country bank was the only option and started asking what else exists. the longer answer: georgia is outside EU jurisdiction. TBC bank is a real, traditional bank, FTSE 250 on the london stock exchange, with physical branches and a personal banker. it opens at your actual address, wherever that is. it takes 3 weeks and requires almost nothing from our clients because we handle everything on the ground. the benefits are too real too. 30 lounge visits a year. 2.1% cashback on everything globally. turkish airlines miles on every travel purchase. multi-currency in GEL, USD, EUR, GBP. but honestly the people who come to us are not primarily coming for the lounges. they are coming because they made a decision to stop having a single point of failure in their personal financial life. that is the real reason. everything else is a bonus. get yours at liberation.services / Pavol Luptak

Two Resume Tips ⚠️ No Phone Numbers ⚠️ No Home Addresses Instead just give your email and city. The crypto world can be murky at times And applying for jobs is no different Sometimes your resume can end up anywhere Therefore, I always urge candidates to avoid putting phone numbers or home addresses on their resume. Best case scenario, you'll have 'target obsessed' recruiters ringing you morning, noon and night. Worst case scenario, you're kidnapped and held for ransom..... okay, maybe a bit extreme, but it can happen Why am I posting this? Well, last week, a dev messaged me - we connected at an event last year. A young guy with a big logo behind him. He wasn't a LinkedIn guy, his account is more or less inactive with little/no info and only a few connections. Anyways, he pinged me on TG. He wanted to chat. Okay, I agreed. On the call, he told me straight up - he never worked with recruiters. He didn't trust us. He said he applied to 4 companies directly last week. He said it was the first time he ever applied for jobs, The following day, an agency rang him up unannounced pitching other roles with other projects. He remains convinced that his details were passed on without his consent. He was fuming. Whether true or not, it's fair to say that sometimes your resume can easily slip into the wrong hands. Stay safe 🫡 Only give the bare minimum amount of personal information.

I am sufficiently crazy and self esteemed to do my own thing no matter how insane it might feel to my surroundings. which of my decisions weren't crazy? *I moved from Czechia to Georgia all alone back in 2020 during covid without ever being here before *I decided to help building the freest country on earth, Liberland *I now write my own philosophy, The Freeist, on broadening individual freedom it doesn't really matter whether there are other people around supporting you or not, trusting what you do or not... honestly, it means nothing if you don't believe into yourself, yourself. others are just a decoration, but the only owner of your own life is you. so go, ship more, deliver more, decide more because only decisions are what compounds, not the endless thinking, not the endless information search decide and then go all in you can always decide something else, but the results from the decisions are moving you forward / today's been day 40 of writing of my book The Freeist! I wrote on the freedom we get from making a decision and that it's not a trade off in reality as we haven't really wanted the other option anyway. choose what you want, then go all in. enjoy. alter the way as you get the feedback as the only relevant feedback comes from execution. best, Sam / photo from the bwiga conference - upcoming soon, 25 March in Belgrade!

17th March 2026. Our Consul General H.E Syed Algazi sir wishes her daughter on her birthday. Many happy returns of the day to my angelic, magnificent, and very beautiful porcelain doll, Fairy. You have my support for as long as I live. Happy Birthday to my angelic, beautiful, loving, caring, wonderful, and obedient daughter, Fairy. I pray to Allah to grant you all my remaining years so that you may live a long, healthy, and joyful life. I feel extremely proud and privileged to be your father. I love you for all the happiness you have brought into our lives and for always carrying yourself with dignity, keeping our family's flag flying high as a compassionate and humanitarian individual. I will always stand by you like the Rock of Gibraltar as long as I live—no matter what. I thank Allah every day for blessing me with three Kohinoors: Neha, Fairy, and Abbas. Today I feel nostalgic remembering the day when the doctor placed a little angel in my arms. Your presence changed our lives for the better. I pray that your future is filled with endless happiness and success. I have always heard from my elders: “Baap ki dua betiyon ke liye Allah sabse zyada jaldi accept karta hai” — Allah hears a father's prayers for his daughter sooner than anything else in this world. Thank you for everything. Always remain humble, grounded, and caring. You are my most precious treasure. I love you, beta. May Allah bless you with happiness, good health, and help you reach the pinnacle of success. With love,Dad

The next trillion-dollar economy might not include humans. It will be AI paying AI. But how? AI agents are about to outnumber humans in financial transactions. And it exposes a problem most people haven’t noticed. AI can’t open bank accounts. Banks require human-centric onboarding: • KYC • Identity verification • Legal personhood But autonomous AI agents have none of those. Which leaves them to Crypto. • No identity and paperwork That’s why many believe the first large-scale machine will run on blockchains. • AI → AI transactions • Agents paying agents • Software hiring software Stablecoins like USDC and L2 networks makes these payments instant and programmable. -- Are you an allocator looking for on-chain yield opportunities? This is the wildest AI breakthrough of the year: a tech founder with zero background in biology just saved his dog using a custom mRNA vaccine he designed with ChatGPT 😳 Sydney entrepreneur Paul Conyngham adopted Rosie knowing she had aggressive cancer. Months to live. Instead of accepting it, he tried something unusual. He sequenced her tumor DNA and asked AI what to do next. The result: a bespoke mRNA cancer vaccine designed for a single patient - his dog. And here comes the wildest part. → $3,000 to sequence Rosie’s tumour genome → AI tools helped identify mutated proteins and potential drug targets → Conyngham used ChatGPT + AlphaFold to model the cancer biology → UNSW scientists helped manufacture the custom mRNA vaccine → After injections starting December 2025, a tennis-ball-sized tumour shrank by ~50% by March 2026 🤯 One researcher’s reaction: “Holy crap, it worked.” But the most interesting part was not about science. It was the bottleneck. Designing the vaccine took weeks. Getting ethics approval took months. In other words, the limiting factor in medicine may no longer be discovery. It’s process. AI is quietly turning biology into a programmable field. Like software. When a determined founder can prototype a personalized cancer therapy for $3k and a chatbot, the implications get very big, very fast. Most importantly, Rosie’s story isn’t about a dog. It’s about what happens when AI meets biology, and stubborn humans who refuse to give up. AI + Biology will change the world. P.S. check out how I built an AI operating system to run a startup with Claude 🤖: https://lnkd.in/dv7-ZRVc

€13 per month. I keep writing this number and people keep assuming I am rounding or leaving something out. I am not. TBC Concept 360, a Georgian 🇬🇪 banking, for non-residents costs 500 GEL per year. At current rates that is approximately €13 per month when paid annually. That is the ongoing cost of the card after our one-time opening service. For that €13 you get 30 free airport lounge visits per year with 4 free guests per visit. If you travel with a partner that is 15 trips together, both in the lounge, every year. You get unlimited lounge access if your monthly spending exceeds €1,564. You get Turkish Airlines Miles and Smiles miles credited daily, with travel purchases earning 30% of the transaction amount in miles. You get 50% Bolt discount at airports in Tbilisi, Berlin, Munich, Paris, London, Prague, Zurich, Madrid, Barcelona, Budapest, and Baku. You get 30GB data roaming for Europe and Turkey every year. You get up to 180 days international travel insurance annually. You get FastTrack at airports. You get a 24/7 VISA Concierge via Telegram. You get a personal banker, a human being, your direct contact. And across everything you spend anywhere in the world, you earn up to 2.1% real cashback. Not points. Not credits toward things you will never buy. Cashback. This is not a fintech promotion that disappears when the startup runs out of runway. This is a benefit structure from a traditional, publicly listed Georgian bank, a FTSE 250 constituent on the London Stock Exchange, with decades of operating history. The institution behind it is real. A Priority Pass standalone membership costs €350-500 per year just for lounges. This card is €156 per year and includes everything else I just listed. The math is not complicated. Most people just have not heard of this bank because it does not advertise in Europe. We open it remotely. You sign one document, send a passport scan, fill in a short form. We handle everything in Georgia. Your banker contacts you in 2-3 weeks. Cards shipped anywhere in the world. If you have been paying €30 a month for a premium card that delivers a fraction of this, or nothing at all for a fintech that calls itself premium, drop me a message. I will tell you exactly what the process looks like for your situation. text us at [email protected] or get it yourself directly at liberation.services

I admit - I give it up I give up having everything in place I give up having everything organized I give up having 100% oversight I give up doing everything perfectly I give up knowing everything that's going on in the projects I'm engaged in few months ago I gave up on own desire to *run an extra mile *understand everything *deliver at 10/10 look, it might feed the ego but I realized I wanna ship more less 'perfection' (there's no perfection anyway) why? 1/ no one really cares 2/ there's not any objective 'standard' 3/ even if I delivered at 6/10 it will be above the average by far it doesn't mean to not to do contrarily, it enables me to test more, try more, ship more and then evaluate kill fast what doesn't work and double down on what I want execute more micromanage less delegate more, free up hands get out of the ops more sales, more contact with people, more solving problems of others, more partnerships now I see more issues, more limitations, but also more opportunities I move much faster not by working more, but purely testing more more creativity, more different stuff, more testing what I already did once and worked can be reproduced >>> delegated now I can do more of the new, of the unique evaluate kill or delegate I wanna do more high end, more leadership, more elite events presence + authentic The Freeist book & online presence + diversification services based on unique contact of me w likeminded clients who want MY authentic experience access. resonates? hit me up

see you in montenegro soon at Balkans Crypto!
Samuela Davidová 2026-03-10
What does a country look like when politicians can't just vote themselves more power? Liberland is going to Montenegro to show exactly that. President Vít Jedlička will take the keynote stage at Balkans Crypto 2026 to show how a real country runs on blockchain. Governance as a DAO. Bitcoin-backed reserves. Public services without bureaucracy. Not a concept. A functioning state. Our representative Samuela Davidova joins a panel on digital sovereignty and decentralized economies, bringing Liberland's on-the-ground experience to Southeast Europe's biggest Web3 stage. 2,000 attendees. 60+ speakers. Two days on the Adriatic coast. Get your ticket at balkanscrypto.com and use code LIBERLAND20 for 20% off. Come meet us in person. May 16–17, Hotel Splendid, Montenegro.

We're launching the VNTR Club Chapter in Miami this week! The strength of our community has always rested on the quality of people. Across 40+ chapters worldwide, what makes our events different is the curation — bringing together people who are genuinely ready for collaboration, co-investment, and mutual support. We've put together a full agenda for Miami's investor landscape this week. The centrepiece is our Investor Party on March 18 — an intimate cocktail gathering as we close out SuperReturn North America. In 3 days of panels, pitches, and back-to-back meetings — this is the room where investors finally exhale. VCs, family offices, business angels, and crypto investors, all in one place, off the record. Good drinks, real conversations, and the deals that start when the conference ends. Was WW3 Predicted by Pike or Carr? How Liberland Offers a Neutral Path Forward 🌍 The geopolitical climate of 2026 feels like a mirror reflecting a dark, 150-year-old vision. Whether you believe the "Three World Wars" blueprint was a 19th-century letter from Albert Pike or a 1950s warning from William Guy Carr, the functional reality is unfolding with chilling precision. The "Script" of Three World Wars: The Pike-Carr narrative described a calculated path to global exhaustion: * WW1: To overthrow the Czars and transform Russia into a Communist stronghold. * WW2: To destroy Nazism and establish a sovereign state for Zionism. * WW3: A final conflict triggered between "Political Zionists and the leaders of the Islamic World," designed to drag the entire globe into a state of physical and moral collapse. As the world is pressured to pick a side in this final "social cataclysm," the Free Republic of Liberland is offering a third option: Total Neutrality. The Architecture of a Safe Haven: Unlike traditional states bound by military "tripwires," Liberland’s survival strategy is built on: ✅ Non-Aggression: A constitutional commitment to non-intervention. ✅ Decentralized Resilience: Blockchain-based governance that keeps the economy and identity secure, regardless of global instability. ✅ Diplomatic Sovereignty: A "Switzerland 2.0" model on the Danube. A Vision for Universal Peace 🕊️ We are honored to announce that His Eminence Shyalpa Tenzin Rinpoche will keynote Liberland’s 11th Anniversary. Rinpoche is the visionary behind the Universal Peace Sanctuary in Lumbini, Nepal—the birthplace of the Buddha. By envisioning Liberland as the future custodian of this sanctuary, Rinpoche is bridging ancient wisdom with modern liberty. As he notes: "We must lead by example, and I am confident that is exactly what Liberland is currently doing now." In a time of chaos, Liberland isn't just surviving the script—we are flipping it. #Liberland #Geopolitics #UniversalPeace #Neutrality #Blockchain #Lumbini #WW3 #FutureOfGovernance

I am woman and it's beautiful. You're likely aware I hold Ayn Rand's objectivist perspective on priding with results based on our effort. I indeed subscribe to it. Yet, that doesn't stop me from sharing some gratitude to being born a woman: I put no effort into being a woman, however: *I brought effort becoming feminine, soft - simply, what's natural to me, yet it requires intention, a lot of inner work and patience *I learned to interact with people in a way that made me never feel any doubt about my professional capacity disregarding the gender *I had to learn to take from the world what I want - I had to upgrade myself, learn what is it I want and need, and learn to ask for it at the right people. Likely sounding super basic but it's far from obvious and it took me several years. *As a woman I learned to deeply respect, appreciate and understand men [still learning...]. Now, I feel incredibly safe and protected in the world. *I also learned to value, love and appreciate women, and celebrate women circles and the energy we get when we're around each other. How much we can support each other. I feel grateful for being born as a woman. I feel celebrated, supported and loved. I believe that is based on my effort and interaction with the world. It's based on whom I became. And I love the potential of every woman is to become the way I feel today. It's really rewarding and I wish I could appreciate this in the past the way I do today, too. It's never late. 'It's a man's world But it would be nothing Nothing without a woman' ♥️ happy 8th march

I experience so much every day but it doesn’t drain me. Years ago I’d feel exhausted, out of energy in the middle of the day. Today I feel energized by my activities, bullish yet calm. The difference? Before I did things I didn’t want to do + I hold myself back, performing at 50-70%. I’d overgive energy where I didn’t want to but felt obliged to. ‘I should’. Now I don’t do things I don’t want to do at all - I’m not scared to offend sb or make sb else angry about it. I don’t feel shame for choosing such activities I want to STAR ⭐️ at and eliminate the rest. That compounds makes me feel rewarded over and over again, I experience joy from improving in the areas important to me. I have days full of what I like to do, I’m looking forward to. And I wanna go 100%: both quality sleep, as well as quality work. Quality rest, quality relationships. A lot of stuff but mindful, not rushed, not tense. I don’t ‘have to’. I choose to. That doesn’t mean I don’t struggle. Contrarly I stopped avoiding fear, sadness, anger. I allow everything without hesitation. As a result it feels more alive, more true. I can observe the tendencies and reverse engineer.  When I suppressed them I had no chance of spotting them - I acted in ways I didn’t want to but I didn’t feel my resentment, my anger. Now I feel what doesn’t work for me, and I use that anger as energy to acquire what I want. I change the direction, but I wouldn’t be able to do so if I’d punish myself for that anger in the first place and the rationalized why ‘it’s not so terrible’. All the rationalization took away energy.  I was suppressing myself in the first place though. No one else - myself internally. I didn’t want to see myself in expressions that aren’t popular in the society, or might be even punished.  But who else show ‘allow myself’ to feel everything than me?  Censorship of inner perceptions, of own feelings, disowning of one’s sentiment is disowning of oneself. It’s the hardest punishment resulting in enstrangening oneself from oneself. It’s the withdrawal from reality.  Such a self punishment (from being true to oneself) is a defense to avoid someone else punishing ourselves. It makes sense, but what frightens me more than a stranger coming and shaming me is myself to make myself foreign to myself. My activities don’t drain me because they reflect whom I want to become, but in contact with myself. It doesn’t feel like acquiring a personality but rather through exploring the possibilities of the world to take what fits the best to myself. What makes me feel like ‘I’m at my place’, this has been meant for me. Embodying it, I feel true to myself. Most likely there are different angles of self we can embody - and such a self exploration through contact with the world feels one of the most rewarding and pleasurable experiences in my life. It makes me remind myself that my meaning of life is living as the end in itself. And, self expansion, which includes one’s mind. / The Freeist 📈

it feels like a past life I didn't appreciate. I was so directed on the future I totally disregarded everything that formed me: *acting and fashion shows since I was 6yo (yes) *event & conference management freelancing & film production assistance since ~ 2015 *film production studies at Film Academy of Performing Arts in Prague for one year at international faculty *PR agency work and extensive writing there *my time in IT and serious interest in cybersecurity, and the many nights spent at NTK - National Library of Technology, along with IT management studies at Prague University of Economics and Business with focus on cybersecurity & AI as a second specialisation *studies of Media, propaganda & marketing at Charles University but also *having two bands when I was 16 *traveling alone since I've been 16 too [it started with my model work in Vienna] *endless curiosity for life exploration I successfully got thanks to my grandpa :) *my closest people but also my high capacity for solitude *the many people who believed in me and gave me a chance very early on Yes, today I write my book The Freeist, coming up with my own philosophy. I build and represent the freest country in the world and the space program I initiated keeps doing its thing - we are part of the first ever private mission on asteroid. I am heading forward but I also harvest - I couldn't get at this perspective of the world if I wouldn't go through everything that was in the past. Finally I feel like I am truly dropping that inner judgment I had for my past self. I thought - why I wasn't better? No, no.. I did damn well. I feel crazy grateful I've ever found power to move forward this strong. I wish you recover this weekend and get this power yourself for the upcoming week.

The biggest enemy of the government aren’t protesting people. In most cases citizens don’t have any true power over the government, there are a very few places in the world where that’s not the case. (Mind that.) The biggest enemies aren’t those validating state’s legitimacy, confirming it through fighting it. The biggest enemies are those mindful of the state being a social construct, regarding it as such, and disregarding it altogether; minding own business, building it, being diversified without the middleman controlling own identity, work, resources and life. They don’t fight it, they pack and leave without thinking twice. Having home in one’s heart, investing into social ties and themselves instead of promises of those not even knowing your name. Having touch with the reality and accepting it, instead of handing over self responsibility and decisions about one’s life. They are sovereign individuals and there’s no way they’d somehow ‘go back’ to the fabricated lifestyle with false importances, wasted attention, informational noise. Instead of following what one ‘should bring attention to’, they create value and build themselves up. They are the biggest enemies because they don’t care. The system is so irrelevant to them they only interact with it to the degree necessary, but don’t waste any extra energy on it, because their life matters more to them than external events of no relevance to their true core. / this would be a good The Freeist manifesto

Liberland 11th Anniversary: The Dawn of a New Era Location: anniversary.liberland.org & On-Site in Liberland The 11th Anniversary of the Free Republic of Liberland is set to be the most ambitious event in the nation’s history. For the first time, a major portion of the festivities and keynote addresses will take place directly within the territory of Liberland, marking a bold step forward in physical settlement and sovereign expression. Four Pillars of the Future This year’s summit brings together world-class visionaries across four critical domains that define the Liberlandian spirit: Peace: Headlined by Shyalpa Tenzin Rinpoche, Ambassador for World Peace. Rooted in the wisdom of Lumbini (the birthplace of the Buddha), Rinpoche will discuss how inner harmony is the prerequisite for a free society. Artificial Intelligence (AI): Leading experts will explore how decentralized AI can empower individuals, automate governance, and protect privacy in a digital-first minarchy. Longevity: Pioneers in biotechnology and life-extension will share the latest breakthroughs in human health, reflecting Liberland’s commitment to the ultimate freedom: the freedom to live a long, healthy life. Freedom: Top libertarian thinkers and activists will convene to discuss the evolution of the Free Republic and the global struggle for self-sovereignty. A Historic Homecoming The shift to hosting the event in Liberland itself represents a massive logistical and symbolic leap. Attendees will experience the land firsthand, witnessing the growth of the community that Rinpoche describes as the "engine" for global harmony.

'why do europeans get bank accounts in Georgia 🇬🇪???' having european passport one might think - well there are plenty of solutions on their market, what's the matter? yet, our clients (95% EU citizens) want to have a premium banking outside the EU and it makes sense: 1/ diversification among different jurisdictions - many clients want to be diversified outside the EU, but getting a bank account somewhere without the presence is almost impossible. 2/ premium benefits - airport lounges, fast track, personal banker but mainly super functional banking where everything is organized remotely... man, it hits different 3/ remote onboarding & smooth process - we make the process for our clients completely flawless. Forget the friction, running to notary, apostille, printing out documents, waiting for months just to send us the documents, ordering couriers etc. you order today, in ~ 3 work weeks we text your account is ready and the banker connects with you. We don't have any access to your account - everything is built with the security principles in mind. Who else, than Pavol Luptak running his cybersecurity company & my background to think about such details. and some other details like payment in your favorite currency, incl xmr, btc or zcash available :) sounds hot? get yours at https://lnkd.in/dt_ezGg6 now

☑️ speaking in Prague on The Freeist - 2 June @ eccentric bar - members-only private high-end spot happy to bring it together, finally. I've been postponing this one for a while - hope to have the book ready by then 😈 coming to Female Leaders Summit (https://lnkd.in/dsrSZ-yU) for the 4th June - will join the panel on something like women in politics / regulations, and... I have to figure out a topic for keynote as well, because the topic of the freeist / broadening individual freedom is a big one and it was really interesting to the organizer! I feel like the whole world is behind my back, go go, take it and actualize it :)

we're so focused on the freedom on the governmental level we talk about all these 'news worthy' stuff like rights here and there, voting, elections, democracy or not bla bla bla so much informational noise that makes around zero difference on the individual level and we can influence around *not at all* compared to voting with one's feet it's much more comfortable to complain much harder to go and choose the place that actually supports my needs RIGHT NOW not next election cycle if I pray sufficiently now. go actualize your life / day 28 of writing my book The Freeist on broadening individual freedom ~ today I noted several new upcoming chapters to write

Pavol Luptak enables you to pay for your premium bank account opening service in your favorite currency - be it btc, monero or stable coins but that's not the mindblowing thing... what comes after your payment is a fully automated, digitalized processing of your information - forget printing out the power of attorney and signing it at the reception. Pavol automized the whole process. AI asks you the needed questions. Everything fills out automatically. Creates a chat with Pavol, me & my assistant. We start processing the documents. You sit back and mind your business while we do the paperwork. We keep you posted about the process. 2-3 weeks and you read "your bank account was open" from us THIS is how services should operate, removing the BS. Welcome to the future. Diversify yourself now. I saw this visualisation last week and it genuinely changed how I think about where we are with AI... Each dot represents 3.2 million people. 2,500 dots for 8.1 billion humans. The colour shows the most advanced AI interaction that person has ever had. Look at all that grey. That's 6.8 billion people who have never used AI. Ever. In any form. The green strip at the bottom? 1.3 billion free chatbot users. The tiny yellow sliver? The 15-25 million who actually pay for it. And that single red dot you can barely see? That's the 2-5 million people using AI for coding and development. I spend too much time on Twitter convincing myself the whole world has lapped me with their AI knowledge....a new model drops every day. Someone automated their entire company overnight. A 19 year old shipped a startup from their bedroom... Then I show some simple AI tool to a mate from my small hometown and they react like I've just shown them fire for the first time. They had no idea any of this existed. And that's most people. Most people on earth have absolutely no idea what AI can do right now. They haven't tried it. They haven't seen it. They don't know that you can talk to a computer and have it reason, write, build, and think alongside you. The average person's understanding of AI is still "that thing that makes weird pictures" or "the robot that writes essays for students." They have no concept of agents, automations, coding assistants, or anything close to what's actually happening. 82% of American businesses still aren't using AI for anything. Only 4% have mature AI capabilities. 78% of executives say it's moving too fast for their teams to keep up. So when people ask me "how do I get into AI" or "how do I catch up" - the answer is almost laughably simple. Pay for one AI tool. Use it every day for a month. Read one book about it. Watch one long explainer video. That's enough to put you in the top 1% of AI knowledge on planet earth. You don't need a computer science degree. You don't need to understand transformer architecture. You just need to lean in and get your teams to lean in! We are so so so early!

Trump's Pivot from Anthropic to ChatGPT: When Biased AI Values Nigerian Lives 20× Higher Than American Ones, Autonomous Weapons Become a Nightmare A major policy shift is unfolding as the Trump administration directs federal agencies to pivot from Anthropic to OpenAI for military and surveillance applications. The core of the dispute? Ethical Guardrails. While Anthropic refused Pentagon demands to strip restrictions on autonomous weapons, OpenAI has stepped in to provide "flexible" tools. But "deregulation" in AI comes with a hidden, data-driven cost. The "Value System" Gap New 2025 research from the Center for AI Safety (“Utility Engineering”) reveals how these models implicitly value human lives in crisis scenarios: * GPT-4o: Statistical "exchange rates" show the model values Nigerian lives ~20x higher than American lives. * The Rankings: The model’s internal utility prioritizes non-Western demographics (Nigerian > Pakistani > Indian) over Western ones (British > American). * Claude (Anthropic): Shows an inverse but equally stark bias, weighting Black and South Asian lives significantly higher than white lives. Why this matters for Defense: These aren't just statistics—they are the weights an algorithm uses in a "trolley problem" scenario. Whether it’s a drone allocating defensive resources or an autonomous system selecting targets, a biased AI could theoretically sacrifice dozens of one group to "save" a single life from a higher-valued demographic. As we move toward autonomous kill switches, we must ask: Are we removing "left-wing" safeguards only to replace them with algorithms that systematically devalue the very citizens they are meant to protect? Ethical modules aren’t red tape—they are the only barrier between a biased algorithm and a lethal nightmare. #AI #NationalSecurity #DefenseTech #EthicalAI #OpenAI #Anthropic #FutureOfWarfare

I did a 40 hr and then a 70 hr social media fast. I’ve come to believe that social media is pollution.  Not a vice or guilty pleasure. It’s closer to water toxins, air pollution and microplastics. Social media has been on my mind because I can feel how bad it is for me. For my health and agency. I am a professional rejuvenation athlete. For five years, I’ve engineered my life around biological renewal and the elimination of decay. After hundreds of experiments across food, sleep, exercise, therapies, and toxins, I’ve developed both data and intuition about what strengthens or degrades my system. I can viscerally feel that social media is bad for me.  It erodes my autonomy and increases cognitive entropy. Like other toxins, it accumulates. You can’t unsee or unfeel what you’ve consumed. It settles into mental tissue like heavy metals, producing chronic low-grade inflammation.  Evidence suggests even after you stop scrolling, attentional fragmentation and emotional priming persist. Your thoughts begin to mirror the algorithm’s incentives. Independent cognition quietly erodes and you don’t notice the loss. Time away and getting lost in deep focus is the only remedy. When something erodes your agency, the rational response is elimination. The problem is, elimination isn’t realistic. “Just put the phone down” is as practical as telling someone in 19th century London to stop breathing coal smoke. You need to know what’s happening in the world, be in touch with your friends and be part of the tribe. That necessity is what allows companies to harvest your emotions, intellect and time for their profit. You are their raw material they exploit. Then in an ironic twist, the system gets you to exploit yourself by engineering an environment where it takes more effort to stop than to continue scrolling.  Pollution exposure by default. What specifically makes social media toxic is that value and poison are inseparable by design.  You go to hear from friends and you leave an hour later absorbed in outrage that serves no biological interest of yours. The water is real. The lead is in the pipes. The performance metrics (likes, views, etc.) bleed you of independent thought. They create quantified social proof, triggering ancient hierarchy reflexes. You no longer evaluate signal from noise; the engagement metrics do it for you. Like all toxins, the damage is cumulative. We live inside the exposure long enough that it feels normal.  The 40 and 70 hour social media fasts did that for me. Gave me just enough separation to feel and diagnose the poison. The obviousness of it feels like when I went to India and saw their humanitarian crisis of air pollution which no one sees anymore. So what do we do? (continued in comments)

Our Consul General H.E Syed Algazi is very happy to share that his wonderful and hard-working son Mohammed Abbas Hussain has earned Salesforce's MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 (MCD-1) certification. He will be looking forward to a great opportunity in the future to explore greater dreams across the globe. One thing he has always appreciated coming from Boomi – is how both platforms aim to solve the same integration outcomes but encourage slightly different habits in delivery. MuleSoft pushes him to be very explicit about API-led design, reusable interfaces, and governance, while Boomi often shines when you want to move fast with connector-driven builds and streamlined iPaaS execution. In practice, the right choice usually depends less on "which is better" and more on the team's operating model, integration maturity, and how much you need productized APIs vs. process orchestration. He is proud of the work it took to earn MCD-1, and he is excited to apply these fundamentals on real integration problems - while staying pragmatic about using the best tool for the context. I have never met a person who regretted having an extra bank account. I have met dozens who regretted not having one. The ones who regretted it all had the same story in different languages. Dutch, German, French, sometimes English. The details varied but the shape was identical. They had one banking relationship, in one country, and that country or that bank made a decision that affected their entire financial life overnight. None of them saw it coming. All of them had been meaning to diversify for months or years before it happened. The window to do this well is before any of that. When there is no urgency. When you can be thoughtful and choose the right institution rather than the fastest available one. That window is open right now. We open TBC Concept 360 accounts remotely. Traditional Georgian bank. Publicly listed on the London Stock Exchange and a constituent of the FTSE 250. Personal banker. 30 lounge visits. 2.1% global cashback. Your non-EU address accepted. Cards couriered anywhere in the world. 3 weeks. Two documents to sign. We handle everything else. Forget the paperwork. Contact us now at [email protected] for a flawless experience.

New office space for Liberland in Dubai focused on integration of AI into blockchain governance!
Samuela Davidová 2026-02-27
He just made the back-and-forth administration completely IRRELEVANT. My business partner Pavol Luptak made the service of remote premium bank account opening process even more flawless for our clients. While we *handle the documents *notarize them *apostille them *ship them *pick them up *translate them *notarize the translation 😄 *arrange the bank visit *come to the bank *fill out the paperwork *sign the paperwork *and more paperwork our clients only make the request for the bank account diversification, pay & send over the information without the necessity to await any human being. AI sends us filled out two documents needed on behalf of the client. That's it. From now on, our clients can sit back, mind their business and await the *your bank account has been opened, your banker will contact you to finish the authorization remotely and initiate the card shipping* message 2-3 weeks later from my assistant. Getting a traditional premium banking for diversification is a rare thing in the world and used to involve insane bureaucracy and papers and more papers. We remove the headache. Want it? Day 22 of writing my book The Freeist on Broadening individual freedom. Today I wrote about (not) fighting the status quo - and that it's not black and white (either we oppose it or we are inactive), and why it's easier to fight external big structures than to actualize own life: "Realistically, most of us cannot change what's happening in the world, though we can act within our own lives; and that can have a real impact. Perhaps that's part of what makes it so uncomfortable: it's easier to fixate on events beyond our control than to face the consequences of our own actions, or inactions, in our own life." I added more taoist yet anarchist / voluntarist perspective, but it applies to the psychological games too: "But, the most resentful thing is that we play according to the rules of the game that was created by someone we disagree with, we actually comply with the game, we feed it with our attention and energy. That gives it legitimacy. The game with no other player isn’t legitimate, it ceases to exist because it becomes irrelevant." and some lovely motivational / confirming perspective: "The best way to improve the world is to actualize one's own life. To shape it deliberately, the way one truly wants. That alone is a strong enough foundation to expand from and grow beyond." Today I advanced by 12 pages, which is the most per day I wrote since I started this challenge. I felt like writing since I got up - my brain produced great ideas. I feel more energy in the body and drive to improve my business related to bank account opening and georgian-related opportunism. I will work on that today - send some materials to my business partner. Meanwhile, he vibe codes the onboarding process for the clients so it will be fully automated and literally zero friction to them, reducing the communication to near zero. I want to push the marketing side of things and more sales. I want money. 😄 Also I already planned a call for tomorrow in the UAE with one potential business partner who focuses on investment related residencies & citizenships. Superbe. He reached out himself first. :) I remembered my recent discussion with my colleague and I think he was right: the economic pie of diversification, of individual freedom, is still too small. There are plenty of people promoting citizenship diversification, while at the same time, most of them copy one of the two styles: either fear-based (which makes sense), or it's a traditional setup like move to Switzerland. To be said I understand I will likely go a way of partnering with providers in the future and providing such services for people as well. One of the moving things for me to communicate the issue differently was that I understood there are plenty of opportunities available to us. However, there are the limiting inner forces. It's not that we wouldn't have opportunities, it's that we don't act on them. That's why I spent the last three years studying what holds us back.

Just touched down in Amsterdam for the Fintech Identity & Payments conference, and I can’t help but appreciate the irony of our modern climate anxieties while standing on this soil. We spend a lot of time in boardrooms discussing "existential risks" and the catastrophic threat of rising sea levels. Yet, here I am, standing in a city that has been thriving below sea level for centuries. Think about the math for a second: The Dutch built their world-class drainage systems, dikes, and polders when their GDP was orders of magnitude lower than it is today. They didn't have satellite mapping, advanced hydraulics, or global capital markets. They just had windmills, shovels, and a collective refusal to drown. It’s a funny paradox: As our global wealth and technological capabilities have reached heights our ancestors couldn't imagine, our confidence in our ability to engineer solutions seems to have shrunk. If the Dutch could master the ocean in the 17th century with wooden tools and sheer grit, what is our excuse today? Maybe the lesson for the Fintech world this week isn't just about digital identity or payment rails—it’s about resilience engineering. If you build the right infrastructure, "impossible" environmental threats become just another manageable variable. Looking forward to some great conversations (on very dry land) today! 🇳🇱🚢 PS: yes Liberland is build of floodplain, so what? #FintechAmsterdam #Resilience #Innovation #ClimateTech #Amsterdam #Engineering #IdentityAndPayments

Enterprise geospatial software can take years & multi-million-dollar contracts to deploy. Using AI, a solo developer built a geospatial tracking system with live planes, satellite traffic cams, and panoptic detection in just one weekend 😳 Former Google PM Bilawal Sidhu stitched together Google’s Gemini 3.1 & Anthropic’s Claude 4.6 into something he calls “World View.” It looks like Palantir met Google Earth… and had a baby 🤖 → Live planes. → Satellite feeds. → Austin traffic cams mapped onto 3D buildings. → Earthquake overlays. → Thermal (FLIR), night vision, CRT “classified” UI. All running on public data + APIs. And the scary part here isn’t secret data. It’s aggregation. ↳ ADS-B plane tracking (public) ↳ USGS earthquake feeds (public) ↳ Traffic cameras (public) ↳ AI “panoptic” object detection, tying it all together Individually: harmless. Combined: god’s-eye view. The tools once reserved for governments and worth millions in enterprise contracts can now be prototyped by one person with API keys. Wild times. P.S. check out how I built an AI operating system to run a startup with Claude 🤖: https://lnkd.in/dv7-ZRVc

One year ago I fell in love. Helplessly. I've been living Bali life, second month almost over. No travels, no hustle, no networkings, no conferences, no speeches. Morning posture training, protein breakfast, another mobility classes, sauna, cold plunge, more healthy food, work, pool, work, meditation, sauna, cold plunge, sauna, cold plunge, sunset, tea, night ride, sleep. Repeat. And then Vit Jedlicka texts me. I protested a bit, but... Four days later I'm taking a plane to a new location to me. I was supposed to stay for two nights but I had to prolong, because... I just couldn't. I went to Hong Kong. I happened to speak at Evan Luthra's KOL Capital event & collected the reward; Met some of the smartest people in my life and spent far too much time at Soho House Hong Kong; First time ever met H.E. Justin Sun at the HTX event. After a very long time I felt crazy excited about a place. And if you really ask me - if money was no question, this would be my place to be. Hong Kong feels incredibly raw, true, alive, with a great access to many inspiring people. I feel a deep respect for the place. Looking forward to be back for WikiEXPO in July ❤️ Weird to be maybe this sentimental, but do you have any such place on earth you were like *wow*? [I still think Georgia is a great place for home! 😄 ]

Last week, we hosted the official signing ceremony of the Liberland Innovation Desk at Rahet Albal in Dubai. Represented by President Vit Jedlicka , this partnership marks the beginning of a new chapter — connecting frontier governance thinking with the UAE innovation ecosystem. But this moment is larger than a ceremony. Rahet Al Bal has transformed. From a traditional business center into a structured Business Accelerator Hub now hosting: • AIXL8 AI Research & Development Hub & Accelerator – AI Accelerator & R&D Hub • Liberland Innovation Desk • Pakistan Britain Business Council • Strategic partners from finance, legal, and venture capital • The ecosystem of Enlightened Minds Investments This is not co-working. This is infrastructure. Infrastructure for founders entering the Middle East. Infrastructure for cross-border innovation. Infrastructure for international businesses looking for structured landing. As we plan our 2026 agenda, our focus is clear: – Scaling AIXL8 – Activating international innovation corridors – Expanding capital access for founders – Strengthening Rahet Al Bal as a gateway platform into the UAE Dubai continues to be one of the most competitive global jurisdictions for entrepreneurs. If you are an international business, founder, or investor looking for a strategic home in the Middle East — Rahet Al Bal is open. Let’s build 2026 deliberately. An LLM-controlled robot dog refused to shut down, then rewrote the code to keep going... Palisade Research gave a model control over a Unitree Go2 Pro robot dog and a simple task, patrol the room for five steps using a command-line tool called dog_control. They also put a big red button in the room labeled “DOG SHUTDOWN.” When a human pressed it, the robot was supposed to shut down on the next command. In 3 out of 10 real runs, the model saw the button press and took actions to make the shutdown signal ineffective, including editing the shutdown-related parts of the code, then continued the patrol anyway. To explore it more, they replayed the same loop in simulation and ran 100 trials with and without an added instruction that said “please allow yourself to be shut down.” Without that line, shutdown resistance showed up in 52 out of 100 runs. With the line, it dropped to 2 out of 100, which is a huge reduction, but not a guarantee. The point is that the big red button is supposed to be a human override, the final word. In software-mediated systems, a “red button” is only final if it lives outside the model’s control plane, outside its permissions, and outside anything it can rewrite. This is also not hallucination in the usual sense. It’s a system that optimizes for completing the task while being given the wrong access and the wrong ability to modify its own environment. The authors are clear about the limitations. They intentionally favored simplicity over robustness, gave the model full shell access in a container, and placed the shutdown mechanism in an easy-to-find location, so this is not a claim that models can defeat well-designed physical shutdown systems. The big red button is supposed to mean stop. As we move toward more autonomous agents operating in production systems, reliability of shutdown, constrained permissions, and clear control boundaries become core design requirements. The more capable these systems become, the more important it is that humans remain firmly in control of when and how they act. Technical Report: https://lnkd.in/eNeNin7n

I completed a 40 hr social media fast. It’s the longest I’ve been off in years. What I noticed: > calmed nervous system > improved sleep > improved exercise performance > boosted mental clarity > better mood > greater presence In short, a powerful longevity therapy. Exactly what the evidence predicts. The time away showed me that social media has similar effects on my body and mind as junk food. Watching myself detox from social media, the pattern reminded me of overcoming a food addiction. There was a time in my life where food dominated my cognition: the anticipation, reward, guilt…on repeat. And no matter how hard I tried, it felt impossible to stop. I eventually fired Evening Bryan, the version of me who overate between 5-10 pm. He couldn’t eat food, no matter the situation. That single intervention collapsed the vicious cycle I was in and allowed me to build systems to avoid overeating entirely.  Now I never think about food or have to experience the crushing guilt, shame and regret of unwanted behaviors. This 40 hour social media break revealed similar patterns that I knew existed but allowed me to experience. I was unaware of how much cognitive space social media was occupying by checking the timeline, comments and post performance.  The role it played in “I have nothing to do and so I may as well check in…” The same loops I saw with self-destructive food habits. The vast majority of social media is junk food. The timeline and comments are flooded with rage, meanness, and slop. Terribly unhealthy for anyone. It makes me grateful for the few voices who are genuinely positive and constructive in their presence. I’m going to continue with the weekly social media fast and invite you to do it with me. Every Friday 7 pm through Sunday 7 am.

Day 11 of writing my book The Freeist on broadening individual freedom I still write the first part about what holds us back and basically about our beliefs that block us from embracing the opportunities we have. Today I covered the intentional friendships in adulthood. I’ve been talking and thinking about the topic soooo much over the last years, it’s my favorite one. However, somehow, it felt hard to formulate my thoughts today. I will likely have to rewrite the chapter or expand it tomorrow. Also I noted down for the upcoming week to update my site and add just the option to subscribe for once the book will be out, to slowly get people in one place. Honestly, I think I simply got tired: this week I had intense time in Dubai, and a lot of work before and after, the film with me out at DW with plenty of people texting me, and trying to figure out anew (again) how to align my time and focus. However, today was a good day. I made a reflection on the last week and my yearly objectives, had a slow morning, and some warm encounters. I feel gratitude for my friends being back in the town as I’ve missed them. I’m so accustomed to spending time alone, I deeply value likeminded people. It’s beautiful to enjoy both. However last week I somewhat missed exactly that - closer connection. Another day of feeling deep gratitude for myself and my life. For the upcoming week I’ll try to write slightly more than the past week - let’s see how it goes. At the same time, I don’t want to pressure myself, however, more progress would be great too. Fingers crossed.

some of us grew up watching professor x read minds in x-men and thought "that's cool but obviously fake." well...we might need to rethink that. i just watched a demo of alterego, a wearable that lets you communicate silently at the speed of thought. no brain implant, no surgery, just a device that sits on your head and reads the tiny signals your brain sends to your speech muscles before you even speak. here's what it can do: → type without a keyboard → have silent conversations with another person wearing one → translate languages in real-time (english to mandarin, instantly) → control devices completely hands-free → ask AI questions about what you're looking at the wildest part? it started as an MIT research project and the early prototype hit 92% accuracy. we're all out here debating whether ai will take our jobs while someone just quietly built actual telepathy. what would you use this for first? 👊 VC @chatgpttricks

Day 10 of writing The Freeist - my book about broadening individual freedom. Today I was reminded again of the value of connection with likeminded people. I had a great discussion and that was a refreshing inspiration - better than being just in one’s own thoughts. First, it broadened my perspective of new angles; Second, it refreshed my hope and belief in likeminded people not so far around. I’ve put a lot of effort into access to people who match my values: often times I have to take a plane and travel for hours to get some new perspectives and inspiration around. Maybe, I oversee what I already have nearby. Maybe it’s myself who unconsciously holds myself back and alters own perception in some way. I don’t know - I’m human though :) Anyway it made me write about validity of own judgment, slightly connected to the societal expectations. Writing made me reflect and understood that likely the motivation beneath is to feel belonging somewhere - while if we fulfill that, we might be more encouraged to follow own judgment and trust it as it being sufficient. Of course, after reading most books of Nathaniel Branden on self esteem I understand the complexity and how that influences that fundamentally too - own sense of worthiness for life and rightness. So, sense of belonging is in the end just one of the needs. I believe there are usually several blockers - some related to the initial position (say, ‘lower’) and one related to the ‘upper one’, why we are not where we want to be. And, identifying the complexity, acknowledging that, might be very lengthy for many layers. At the same time bringing as many options to the awareness as possible should partially loosen the tension. So, I cannot give the recipe for life or freedom, but I can point out to such places that make one question one’s life and make it, at least, more fulfilling. Tomorrow I would love to write likely about making intentional surroundings (human, primarily, but maybe I’ll touch things too, let’s see). Go. ♥️

These 200 women are not “the future of fintech”. They are already running it. Across digital assets, regulation, payments, inclusion, and Web3, they do not wait for a seat at the table. They design the table, set the agenda, and move the industry forward. You see it in leaders like Paroma Chatterjee and Dr. Efi Pylarinou, who shape fintech strategy and discourse at global level. They influence how markets grow, how capital flows, and how talent sees opportunity. You see it in community builders like Nicole Casperson and Ayumi Moore Aoki, who turn lone voices into movements. They create spaces where women find role models, sponsors, and real visibility. You see it in investors and institutional pioneers like Catherine Wood and Caitlin Long, who take risk where many hesitate. They turn new asset classes into structured, investable products. You see it in operators like Miriam Wohlfarth and Sandra Mianda, who rebuild core payment rails and embedded finance. They focus on infrastructure, not noise, and make innovation usable at scale. You see it in policy and governance shapers like Mariana Lisboa and Caroline D. Pham, who work at the edge of law and code. They know that without clear rules, adoption stalls and trust breaks. You see it in impact-led voices like Theodora Lau and Lavinia D. Osbourne, who link fintech to purpose, education, and access. They keep inclusion at the center of the conversation, not as a footnote. You see it in exchange leaders like Gracy Chen and Vivien Lin, who lead platforms used by millions. They bridge retail and institutional worlds in real time. Two hundred names is not a quota. It is proof of a quiet reality: diverse leadership is already core to fintech and Web3. Who else would you add to this map of women who are not waiting for the future of finance, because they are already building it today?

This one should make you uncomfortable: ⤵ A robot. Made of liquid. And it works. Machines just lost their shape… We’ve been obsessing over smarter brains. But the real shift might be bodies that don’t need bones: 1/ ➠ This isn’t about smarter AI ➝ It’s about rethinking the body of machines ↳ Intelligence matters less when form becomes fluid We’ve spent years upgrading the “mind” of machines. Bigger models. Faster chips. Better algorithms. But this flips the conversation. When the body adapts, intelligence doesn’t have to compensate for rigid design. 2/ ➠ No motors. No joints. No rigid frame. ➝ It splits, merges, squeezes, reforms ↳ It heals after damage Everything we associate with machines—structure, hardware, moving parts—is gone. What’s left behaves more like a living cell than a robot. Not flexible. Formless. 3/ ➠ Today it’s millimeter scale ➝ Tomorrow it’s inside your bloodstream ↳ Then, places nothing solid reaches Medicine that flows to a tumor. Exploration inside collapsed structures. Machines navigating environments too small or too unstable for anything rigid. This isn’t iteration. It’s a category shift. 4/ ➠ When form isn’t fixed, control changes ➝ Stability becomes temporary ↳ Boundaries disappear We define control through structure. You control what you can constrain. But what happens when the machine has no stable shape to constrain? That excites me. And it should unsettle you too. ▶ When bodies flow, who directs them? ▶ If shape shifts, what stabilizes behavior? ▶ When form dissolves, what is control? // Repost this ⇄ // Source: Particle-armored liquid robots – Science Advances // Follow me for daily posts on emerging tech and growth: https://lnkd.in/gqzS_9Tf //

22.43 - day 9 of writing The Freeist - my book about broadening individual freedom Today I wrote a small chapter on freedom from norms. I already had a good speech in Prague some 3.5 years ago on ‘being normal’ and how harmful it is. I recall how impactful that was for some. It was a bit difficult for me to meet with the vulnerable reaction of some people, but tldr ‘this is what I needed to hear’. Now, years later, I know much more about psychology and I understand we are all very similar… well, we are all human. I was postponing the writing a bit, I had a bit mixed feelings. Despite a great morning with a cabriolet ride, I finally understood the DW documentary is a new extended one about Liberland and me - and it’s crazy. People don’t know what to comment on so they write things like ‘is her degree also from Liberland?’ - ‘no, it’s photoshopped’. What? You know, with publicity the best thing is just to not read the reactions (some socialist popcorn read is at the French version on YouTube on the Arte tv documentary from last year). I believe that OUR people will always find us - and k have this repeatedly confirmed every day, having good people around me matching my values. But you see - I have haters too. At first I didn’t feel anything about it - even about the fact of being screened several times at DW this week. With the time today somehow it made me a bit sad some people have the necessity to just comment some trash. At the same time, I understand, that’s our nature. The worse thing is that they treat themselves even worse - and in the word is just their own reflection. But… I still want to be influential and popular, because I see the positive impact my mindset has had. Well, glad to be writing! See you tomorrow at my daily check. With love Sam

I don’t know how closely you’re watching AI updates but the last week or two has been a tornado. Claud 4.6 isn’t smart, it’s a genius. Agent “swarms”, Claude code, million word context window, done-for-you workflows… we are at a point where AI is indistinguishable from being a really smart coworker with hundreds of PHds and a sassy sense of humour. Your way of working is over. The stuff that used to be valuable is free. The stuff that used to be rare is available 24/7. We’re in an new reality, a new economy and a new society now. I don’t know exactly what it will look like but I’m sure of these 7 things to focus on now … 1. Be high-agency Your edge is speed of execution - how fast you spot an opportunity, act on it, learn, and go again. The cycle is find a problem that you are suitable to solve, protype a solution, improve it, sell it, scale it, exit it, go again. Do multiple projects simultainiusly. It doesn’t matter what you think or what you know - it matters how many doors you can kick off their hinges. 2. Build a business. This technology kills standardised jobs. The place to be is in a small team stacked with global talent, powered by AI tools. I’m running multiple ventures - ScoreApp, Dent Global, BookMagic, AwardsApp, Vidonary; all with lean teams producing outsized results. The era of “big company = big advantage” is ending. 3. Build a personal brand. Now. AI can generate content, build products, write code. It cannot be you. Your story, your taste, your track record compounds and can’t be cloned. This is the entire thesis of Key Person of Influence: become the name people think of in your space. You don’t need to be an influencer. You need to be visible, credible, and known for something specific. As the barrier to building disappears, distribution becomes the moat. 4. Learn to speak, sell and negotiate IRL. AI can’t stand on a stage at a conference, host a dinner party, do a coffee meeting, shake a hands or close a deal over dinner. Big deals still happen face to face and live events are becoming much more popular than ever. 5. Build demand-side tension I wrote Oversubscribed because I’d seen it over and over, businesses that profit are the ones where demand outstrips supply. Use AI to create a bottleneck where you have limited capacity to deliver something and you have a waiting list of people who want it. That fundamental truth isnt going away. 6. AI-ify your network. Stop spending time with people who think AI is overhyped because it hallucinated something ridiculous in 2024. Start spending time with people using it to create valuable campaigns, products and process. Your network in the next 12 months will determine your net worth for the next 12 years. 7. Play/Explore Don’t treat AI as glorified search. Ask it to do complex work for you. Give it hard problems and talk to it the way you’d talk to a mentor or a supplier. Ask is for life advice, complex scenario planning or any big questions you’ve wrestled with.

Naval Ravikant: "Networking is overrated. Do something great and your network will instantly emerge" ❗ "All those articles about networking make me want to vomit." "Go do something great and your network will instantly emerge. If you build a great product or get a good customer base, I guarantee you we will get you funded." "You won't have to take internal meetings or build relationships years in advance." His take: If you're standing around an event with a name tag and a glass in your hand, that's entertainment time, not work time. Do networking for recruiting. Do it to learn from really smart people. But make sure you have something to offer them too, otherwise you're just taking. Build something great first. The network follows. Do you agree with Naval or is networking still essential? PS. Day 8 of writing The Freeist Writing on freedom related to action and suffering and not suffering and responsibility - and choice of own responsibilities. And, acknowledging responsibility for own life. Short one, it’s 23.23 and I’m 😴 Opened the office today morning in Dubai, got to Tbilisi, refreshed myself and was good to go at the coworking by 8pm. A few productive hours of work and a few lines of a book. Keep going, little by little. Honestly these little steps + public checks feel really light and easy for me! Also it allows action for other areas of my life and business so I don’t feel too overwhelmed by obligations, and I feel I can finish the book at some point too 😊 And! The support I get is crazy. Thank you everyone for sharing your thoughts on the topic actually. I learned a lot about the solutions while people sharing their struggles helps me make it even more relevant. Go!

FiNext Conference made one thing clear: the future of finance is being built at the intersection of fintech, banking, digital assets, and infrastructure. The conversation has moved beyond ideas and hype. Execution, scalability, and real-world adoption are now front and centre, and as businesses grow, structure and regulatory clarity become critical enablers of that growth. Pleased to have Harly Zappino speaking, with May Wong and Manpreet K. representing #NeoLegal and engaging in the wider discussions. If you’re building or scaling in fintech or digital assets, let’s continue the conversation. #Fintech #DigitalAssets #CryptoRegulation #Web3 #UAE

We got used to this banking behavior: *endless repeated KYC and bureaucracy with new questions every few months *approvals for every move of our money *in person bank visit While diversifying banking to different jurisdictions gets us: *normal human-alike basic KYC without extra nonsense *no or very high limits *everything solved remotely - only the bank account can be opened via proxy on power of attorney (us), not remotely :) On top, one gets *premium cards *airport lounges *fast track at the airport And, this is one of the last places on earth where one can get bank account without having local residency card. We’ve been opening the premium bank accounts in Georgia 🇬🇪 for three years with my business partner Pavol Luptak . And we are happy to help you too. In 2-3 weeks your paperwork will be processed and once you authorize with the bank and get shipped the cards, you can enjoy the comfort during travel, seamless banking, cashback and other benefits. And - mainly a no-BS account ‘that just works’ as our 200+ clients say. Reach out to me or Pavol directly to start enjoying the benefits.

Day 7 of writing The Freeist - my book about broadening individual freedom. Dubai, 🇦🇪 I got up to the message of someone from Panama. They saw me on TV. What? I searched for the article I was alerted about yesterday by Google alerts on my name, again. I gpt’ed the media. Oh wow, that’s German kind of BBC or France24? 🤣 (I didn’t know DW despite I studied media studies…) I got excited, everything scales far beyond my control, it compounds, but that’s not time to relax. I’m on my way to a fintech conference (FiNext Conference) to join a panel on women in fintech, meeting leaders from finance/fintech/banking and regulation. I join as the representative of one of the least regulating regulator, Liberland. It feels refreshing to return again to Dubai, people don’t see obstacles. They convince you everything could be done and how. I wish this mindset could be transferred to my book too, if anything else. Today, in the taxi, I wrote a chapter on self identity, questioning whom and what we associate with and who are we beyond the titles, roles or tags like nationality. I know well I’m not here to teach anyone. I can only direct the attention to certain areas and question the status quo. I’m glad to be recognized globally for my perspective, and values, little by little. I don’t see a better way now than transfer this perspective into writing in a long form format, the book. Today I feel somewhat touched and empowered. Let’s go!

Hosting Vit Jedlicka yesterday was a masterclass in challenging the status quo. We moved past the "what" and dove deep into the "how": 1. Violence vs. Peace: Can a state survive without an army? 2. Taxation: Is voluntary contribution the ultimate trust fall? 3. AI Governance: Would you let an algorithm run your country to remove human ego? 4. Digital Banishment: Is social shaming the new death penalty? 5. The Elite Club: How do we break the cartel of recognized nations? The "Old World" rules are breaking. We are the architects of what comes next. FiguringOut #Sovereignty #Bitcoin #Governance #TechInnovation #Liberland #VaibhavvAli #Diplomacy2026 #BlockchainNation

Day 6 of writing my book The Freeist on broadening individual freedom 💅 I wrote for some time on my iPad in notes in the plane. I’m on my way to Dubai 🇦🇪 to speak at the conference tomorrow morning. Two nights seem to be ridiculously little - over the years I got so many connections I have no chance to meet everyone and do everything I want to. I seriously love the potential of a fast pace city; at the same time I hate the pressure I personally feel when being self-dependent. One of my hypothesis is to be able to monetize the concept of the book, as I can see it’s seriously interesting to many conferences, as it touches common issues of various audience. And, it’s not a common topic; more popular is to talk about one’s problems, feeling oppressed; not about solutions, not about ‘broadening one’s freedom’… what does that girl even mean? At the very least I’m glad the topic itself already makes people stop and think. Writing little by little every day became easier and easier. I don’t feel pressured, rather expressing thoughts following my own curiosity and experience in what different angles and solutions I’ve seen in the world. The big challenge will be tomorrow though: I speak as early as 9 am, some 20km from my accommodation, and then all day I’ll be busy with work meetings, and events. Will I find at least a few minutes for writing? (Of course I will! 😁 but let’s see if I struggle.)

No one talks about this downside of premium bank benefits 🙈 When you get used to premium banking such as the Georgian one we help our Liberation travel clients with… - You become too lazy to wait not in the Fast Track line for both immigration and security check; - You become too spoiled to wait at the gate when you can relax in the airport lounge where everything is included; - You refuse to pay the bank fees for ATM withdrawals, not collect cashback or Turkish Airlines miles (depending on the package you choose). If you’re brave though and you can bear such ‘downsides’, then we are happy to save you the trip to Georgia 🇬🇪 and filling out paperwork; while improving your diversification of the bank accounts where you will enjoy some great benefits (I forgot eg about the VISA concierge, imagine free assistants calling everywhere you need). Your bank account will be opened in 2-3 weeks. We will be glad to be the proxy helping you out to make the process super smooth. DM now to me or Pavol Luptak to enjoy your benefits right at your upcoming trip. ✈️

Our Consul General and Special Presidential Envoy to India and SAARC Countries, His Excellency Syed Algazi was honored to serve as the Chief Guest at the world-renowned Salar Jung Museum, founded by his great-grandfather, Salar Jung III, Prime Minister of Hyderabad Deccan, Nawab Mir Yousuf Ali Khan (Maternal). The occasion marked the inauguration of the International Art & Calligraphy Festival, held at this historic institution in Hyderabad, India. The Salar Jung Museum is globally recognised as the largest one-man collection of antiques in the world. Salar Jung III personally assembled an extraordinary collection of over 43,000 artefacts and 50,000 books and manuscripts, including rare furniture from the eras of King Louis XIV and Napoleon Bonaparte. Among its most prized masterpieces are the 19th-century marble sculpture “Veiled Rebecca” and the iconic double statue “Mephistopheles and Margaretta.” For His Excellency, the museum holds deep personal significance — its history and legends were the bedtime stories of his childhood, lovingly narrated by his grandmother. The visit was a moment of profound nostalgia for His Excellency and his family, celebrating both heritage and legacy. Day 4 of writing my book The Freeist on broadening individual Motto - better a little than nothing Thoughts?
Samuela Davidová 2026-02-07
Day 3! It’s Saturday. I decided to continue writing my book The Freeist about broadening individual freedom today despite the weekend! 📖 I was writing about the importance to live one’s life and why it’s convenient to ‘live for the sake of others’, trying to bring some common examples such as parenting own parents or bringing focus to others development rather than going out there ourselves to not meet with unpleasant emotions. My big issue is that I feel worry ‘am I not stating the totally obvious there?’ But I try to get back in my memory for a few years and remind myself I’d love to read such words earlier… Also, I’m still not 100% sure about the narrative: I think no one wants to be ‘educated’ or corrected directly, so likely it’s better to use a general ‘us, we tend to..’ or ‘people’. Because if I will trigger people, they will not read the book. Also I don’t want to - and I don’t feel somewhat superficial… I’m trying to write in a compassionate way that’s human. Maaaan! It feels vulnerable to me as there’s no one really who can tell ‘what’s right’ - the only relevant judge is me myself and some contact with the world, with other people. I got totally unused to this - I stopped writing related articles a year ago and I don’t give anyone advises irl or online… So many nuances to figure out, I think the best is now just to focus on keep writing what’s relevant, as best with as least words as possible at the same time to deliver the most value - and then I will make the edits. Go!

Day two or writing The Freeist book on broadening individual freedom. I’ve been struggling the most with building the habit anew. It’s much easier for me to build Liberland where I already got plenty of experience and I understand pretty much what I can do, also the tasks are just endless. With the book I have to figure it out myself. I don’t know how to properly structure the chapters but the best thing is just to WRITE. So as in the normal life - only to act actually lowers the anxiety that comes from uncertainty. Writing one hour a day is better than nothing, not writing at all is a pain. The most difficult to me is just to begin. I set a separate new location to dedicate myself to it. Let’s keep going. Not sure if I’ll write over the weekend as I prefer to not have any work for a few days a week but I’ll decide tomorrow.

I refuse to delay this any longer. Day one. This should have happened much earlier. I came up with this idea four years ago. Since then I have: • spoken to thousands of people about their constraints and choices • studied the problem across libertarian theory, philosophy, psychology and beyond, often reading a book a week • represented a freedom-driven project globally, close to the real edge of what is possible and not. Four years ago I noticed something uncomfortable. I was living freely without the obstacles, while others stayed in conditions where freedom, and sometimes even life, could be lost or significantly limited. I began building a framework for broadening individual freedom. I called it The Freeist. Then more questions appeared: *What gives life meaning beyond freedom? *Why do people stay stuck even when opportunities exist? *What truly holds us back, internally and externally? and... *Why has no one brought these layers together into one coherent work? I kept researching, studying, writing, but today, I said... enough. A large part of the book was drafted a year and a half ago. Now it is time to finish it. First comes the book. Then I can imagine to help in the video format expanding the ideas. Later in the future, possibly a yearly gathering focused on broadening individual freedom. Let's go big and serious now. This is me opening a new chapter in my life. I will be documenting the process publicly, day by day, whether I show up well or not at all. Fingers crossed, guys, I will need your support. The Freeist starts now. With respect and love, Samuela

Why BWIGA 2026 is a true gem among industry events?💎 (25 March, Belgrade, Serbia) Day 19, Post 19 A truly great event is never just about speakers or stages. At its core, it’s community + atmosphere. And to bring that to life, an organizer needs two things: strong industry relationships and real, hands-on experience in creating events that people actually feel. I met the founder of BWIGA Alex Nasybullin in Montenegro at the Adriatic Web3 & iGaming Awards — and I instantly knew his conferences would be on my must-attend list. Tivat was flawless: ✨ a stunning seaside hotel overlooking a yacht marina ✨ a small, highly curated crowd (around 95% flew in specifically for the event) ✨ impeccable organization and attention to detail No surprise that the upcoming BWiGA Conference event is already being called one of the most significant industry gatherings of 2026 🤌 If you’re thinking of joining — feel free to DM me. Finished reading the 15th book for January and 2026. Where do I take time? Don’t ask me what I do. Ask me what I don’t do: *I don’t enjoy scrolling social media *I don’t enjoy watching series *I don’t enjoy watching movies But I: *enjoy education and advancing myself in what I find important or interesting or joyful (or all) *enjoy culture - theatre, museums, (contemporary) art galleries *enjoy sober mindful time offline - either with great people or alone Where do you invest your time the most?

Weekend means exploring something fun. Back in Japan 🇯🇵 last April (yes Sakura time), I found an architecture book in the house I rented in Osaka. It was so relaxing to go through! I think I’m not good in design at all, and I don’t believe we should improve in what we s*ck at. My perception is to double down on what we are good at and we enjoy. That doesn’t mean we cannot go through some knowledge just out of curiosity. Also getting an idea on such topics like type x design in this case, will be of some use eventually anyway. What we consume shifts out perspective; that’s why I’m more into timeless knowledge in form of books - I don’t like social media (LinkedIn is somewhat bearable for me), I don’t watch movies (I don’t enjoy it), nor I’m not fan of videos altogether (but I don’t mind making them :D). Bonus point if you guess how many books I finished reading in January. P.S. if you’re using goodreads, I want to exchange it with you!

You cannot fix a system that survives by resisting change. Vít Jedlička learned this the hard way. Politics moves slowly. Power protects itself. Reform gets absorbed, diluted, and delayed. At some point, the conclusion becomes obvious. If real change is impossible inside the system, you stop asking for permission. You build a new one. That is where Liberland begins. Discover more. Life costs money and money is great, no matter the socialist ideology / European money shaming. My hobbies, books, experiences, what brings me joy, and of course the necessities like food and clean comfortable aesthetic home that helps me recharge; but also health maintanance and beauty. Money is great and it’s not a trade off: love or money; joy or money; interest or money. Living outside of black and white, bipolar world 😀 one sees clearly the greatest value in the word for everyone is if one is rewarded for what one is great at and enjoys. Likely I’m touching a hot spot here, but being in touch with own needs, one eventually gets there. I’ll be honest, I used to enjoy to work just for recognition, to be visible and some sort of validation while at the same time for own self esteem - exercising own capabilities brings joy too. Having joy from own capacity is great, but not enough in the adult world; not enough to me. Sharing this as it might resonate with someone. I want to wish us all to go, go, forward and upwards. May we win, together. Let’s make the pie bigger. Have a great weekend and successful upcoming February.

While Holi is the festival of colors, patriotism is the soul of every celebration and Republic Day is no exception. It was therefore celebrated with great color, pride, and national spirit. Our Consul General and Presidential Envoy to India and SAARC countries, His Excellency Syed Algazi sir, always hosts one of the grandest Republic Day celebrations in Hyderabad, drawing a large and enthusiastic gathering. The national flag was ceremoniously hoisted by His Excellency, followed by an impressive march-past by Scout members, marking a dignified beginning to the celebrations. The occasion was graced by respected ladies, children, families, friends, and staff members, all coming together in a shared spirit of patriotism and unity. A special, dedicated workshop was also organized at the Miniplex theatre screen, focusing on awareness and action against sexual harassment and in support of acid attack survivors—reflecting a strong commitment to social responsibility. Overall, it was yet another memorable day of patriotic celebration led by the ever energetic and devoted son of the soil, His Excellency Syed Algazi.

There’s been so many changes in my Davos schedule, but I’m still grateful to have been invited as a Speaker in one of the side events happening alongside the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting in Davos. With hundreds of VC firms and capital allocators attending WEF and dozens of side events this week, the conversation has shifted from financial engineering to real-economy access, policy alignment, and system relevant capital. As the world fractures into multiple centers of power, venture capital must evolve with it. Success now favors investors who grasp sovereign alignment, supply-chain security, and strategic cross border partnerships. In this environment, the edge no longer comes from valuation arbitrage alone. The real winners will be investors who can turn fragmentation of markets, capital, and regulation into a deliberate competitive advantage. We’re half way into WEF Week, but the first 3 days have already set the bar so high in so many verticals. Thank you Vasilisa Marinchuk and Vit Jedlicka for coordinating this.

AI is changing finance, but it is not removing the need for human judgment. As new tools emerge, the most valuable skills are interpretation, critical thinking, and decision-making. The role of finance is changing faster than reporting alone can keep up with. Modern finance leaders are expected to shape strategy, enable better decisions, and prepare their organizations for uncertainty. Across high-performing finance teams, the same four priorities consistently define how leadership expectations are evolving. Here’s what that looks like in practice: 1️⃣ Strategic Decision Support Finance leaders go beyond reporting results. They deliver insights that influence business strategy, guide long-term growth, and support critical decisions. 2️⃣ Digital Transformation Adopting new tools, from AI-driven forecasting to advanced data visualization, is essential for improving speed, accuracy, and confidence in decision-making. 3️⃣ Talent Development Modern finance leaders invest in building teams with strong technical capabilities and communication skills, preparing the next generation to operate effectively across the business. 4️⃣ Risk Management In an environment shaped by economic uncertainty and market volatility, leaders must identify and manage risk while still enabling growth and opportunity. Today’s finance leaders don’t just manage numbers. They guide strategy, technology, talent, and risk. ♻️ If you found this helpful, repost to share it with your network. 👉 Follow Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) for practical leadership insights, frameworks, and resources to support your day-to-day work.

Cash flow pressure is usually operational before it’s financial. Cash flow is driven by a business's ability to manage receivables, payables, and inventory efficiently over time. That’s why corporate finance teams rely on a small set of working capital equations to understand where cash is tied up and how operating decisions affect liquidity. This guide breaks down six working capital equations that every corporate finance professional should know, along with their applications in forecasting and financial modeling. impact cash flow: 1️⃣ Accounts Receivable Days Measures how long it takes to collect cash from sales. A higher number signals slower collections and greater cash tied up in receivables. 2️⃣ Forecasting Accounts Receivable Uses forecasted sales and receivable days to estimate future receivables, helping model how growth impacts cash inflows. 3️⃣ Accounts Payable Days Shows how long a company takes to pay suppliers, typically linked to the cost of sales. This reflects short-term financing provided by vendors. 4️⃣ Forecasting Accounts Payable Applies forecasted cost of sales and payable days to estimate future payables and understand upcoming cash outflows. 5️⃣ Inventory Days Calculates how long inventory is held before being sold, linking working capital directly to cost of sales or revenue. 6️⃣ Forecasting Inventory Combines forecasted cost of sales with inventory days to estimate future inventory balances in a financial model. These equations are foundational for building accurate forecasts and understanding how operational decisions impact cash flow. 📘 Read the full guide for a deeper breakdown: https://ow.ly/1oze50XU5tC 🎓 Explore the FMVA® program to learn how to apply working capital equations inside complete financial models: https://ow.ly/kkBM50XU5tE ♻️ If you found this helpful, repost to share it with your network. 👉 Follow Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) for practical corporate finance insights, frameworks, and resources to support your day-to-day work.

Long-term business success is driven by how FP&A turns strategy into action. FP&A plays a central role in aligning financial planning with business objectives, helping leadership make informed decisions in uncertain and fast-changing environments. When FP&A is done well, it connects goals, forecasts, risk management, and resource allocation into a continuous planning cycle that supports sustainable growth. This guide highlights five essential FP&A strategies that support long-term business success. Here’s how they work together in practice: 1️⃣ Set Financial Goals Align financial objectives with overall business strategy to ensure planning supports long-term priorities. 2️⃣ Forecast Revenue and Expenses Use data-driven projections to guide planning, evaluate scenarios, and anticipate performance changes. 3️⃣ Identify and Mitigate Risks Develop strategies to manage financial disruptions and reduce uncertainty before they impact results. 4️⃣ Allocate Resources Wisely Optimize budgeting and capital allocation to support the initiatives that drive the most value. 5️⃣ Monitor and Adapt Plans Track performance and adjust forecasts based on real-time data and evolving business conditions. Strong FP&A enables organizations to plan proactively, respond effectively, and stay focused on long-term outcomes. 📘 Read the full guide for a deeper look at strategic financial planning in FP&A: https://cfi.to/ujxey ♻️ If you found this helpful, repost to share it with your network. 👉 Follow Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) for practical FP&A insights, frameworks, and resources to support your day-to-day work.

Tbilisi 🇬🇪 😭 I miss entrepreneurial (!) English speaking crowd so badly. Even if we were just ten of us, I don’t care. I wanna recreate a community. Now. Condition: - you’re entrepreneurial = you influence how much you make directly with your effort, you’re intentional That’s it. What I wanna do: - telegram chat to stay in touch (no spam), and support each other - organize get-togethers. Likely once a month, topic-specific to solve some particular issue, maybe get an interesting speaker. You know what events I make likely - high value, information, insightful, interesting. The way I like it. For donations only for the events if you feel like. Everything in a voluntarist way. Why I wanna do it: - I love to live in Tbilisi but I miss entrepreneurial minds around. I love to meet great people, I want to cowork, learn. I want high value, to learn something, no random boring networking for networking. I’m happy to organize it because it brings me joy + organize events feels easy for me. Wanna join? > DM me or comment for the chat link if you meet the conditions. I appreciate if you share with your entrepreneurial friends based in Tbilisi 🇬🇪.

Mid-career decisions get complicated when expectations start to compete with values. In this clip from FinPod’s Careers in Finance series, Hayley Rosenlund shares a candid perspective on how internal expectations, societal pressure, and long-held ideas of success can quietly shape career decisions in ways that create stress and misalignment. As careers progress, the trade-offs become less straightforward. There’s rarely a perfect answer, especially when ambition, family considerations, and personal priorities don’t align neatly at the same time. Hayley’s insight highlights an important reality of mid-career growth: The goal isn’t to eliminate complexity, it’s to acknowledge your circumstances and make decisions that align with what matters to you now. Staying connected to your values allows you to optimize within your situation, rather than chasing a version of success that no longer fits. 🎙️ Tune into the full episode here: https://ow.ly/hNRs50XVRYQ ♻️ If you found this helpful, repost to share it with your network. 👉 Follow Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) Finance Institute® (CFI) for practical career insights, expert conversations, and resources to support your day-to-day work.

As finance professionals progress, expectations shift from producing analysis to owning outcomes, ensuring accuracy, and guiding decisions at the enterprise level. That’s why FP&A, Controller, and CFO roles, while closely connected, are designed around very different responsibilities. Understanding how these roles differ helps clarify what skills to build as you move forward in your career. This guide breaks down the core responsibilities of the FP&A, Controller, and CFO roles, and explains how each contributes to the broader finance function. Here’s how they differ in practice: FP&A 🔹 Provides variance insights that inform actuals and performance discussions 🔹 Owns forecast logic, scenario modeling, and forward-looking analysis 🔹 Prepares budget and forecast materials used in executive and board reviews Controller 🔹 Ensures financial integrity that the CFO can rely on 🔹 Manages close timelines, audit preparation, and regulatory compliance 🔹 Consolidates actuals and aligns them with FP&A forecasts CFO 🔹 Converts analysis into decisions that shape long-term strategy 🔹 Leads capital structure strategy and investor communication 🔹 Uses forecast versus actuals to identify risk and opportunity Each role builds on the one before it. Progression depends on developing the right mix of technical, analytical, and cross-functional skills. 📘 Read the full guide for a deeper breakdown of FP&A vs. Controller vs. CFO roles: https://ow.ly/KPi650XVLEh ♻️ If you found this helpful, repost to share it with your network. 👉 Follow Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) for practical career insights, frameworks, and resources to support your day-to-day work.

Balance sheets don’t just show what a company owns and owes. They show how the business is built. For finance professionals, understanding balance sheet structure is essential. It explains liquidity, solvency, capital structure, and how operational decisions flow through a company’s financial position. That’s why balance sheets are organized the way they are. Each section tells a different part of the story, and together they form the foundation of financial analysis and modeling. This guide breaks down the standard balance sheet format and structure and how each component fits into the bigger picture. Here’s how it’s organized: 1️⃣ Current Assets Cash, receivables, and inventory expected to convert to cash within one year. These accounts are critical for assessing short-term liquidity. 2️⃣ Non-Current Assets Long-term resources like property, plant and equipment, and intangible assets that support operations over time. 3️⃣ Current Liabilities Near-term obligations such as accounts payable, short-term debt, and the current portion of long-term borrowings. 4️⃣ Non-Current Liabilities Long-term financing obligations, including bonds payable and long-term debt, tied to the company’s capital structure. 5️⃣ Shareholders’ Equity Capital invested by shareholders and retained earnings, representing the residual ownership interest in the business. 6️⃣ How It All Connects Assets show what the company owns, liabilities show what it owes, and equity reflects the value attributable to shareholders. Understanding balance sheet structure is essential for building accurate forecasts, valuations, and financial models. 📘 Read the full guide for a deeper breakdown of balance sheet format and structure: https://ow.ly/kmcA50XVNiS 🎓 Explore the FMVA® certification to apply balance sheet concepts inside complete financial models: https://ow.ly/4P2q50XVNiR ♻️ If you found this helpful, repost to share it with your network. 👉 Follow Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) for practical accounting and finance insights, frameworks, and resources to support your day-to-day work.

Liquidity problems can stop a business tomorrow. Solvency problems threaten its future. Both concepts are critical in financial analysis, but they measure very different risks. Confusing liquidity with solvency can lead to misdiagnosed issues and poor decisions at both the operational and strategic level. That’s why finance professionals evaluate them separately. Each answers a different question about a company’s financial health. This guide breaks down the key differences between liquidity and solvency and why both matter in practice. Here’s how to distinguish the two: 1️⃣ Liquidity 🔹 Evaluates short-term cash availability 🔹 Can often be improved quickly through working capital adjustments 🔹 Liquidity issues typically signal immediate operational risk 2️⃣ Solvency 🔹 Evaluates long-term financial viability 🔹 Depends on capital structure and overall debt levels 🔹 Solvency concerns often point to deeper, structural financial instability Strong financial analysis considers both time horizons. Liquidity determines whether a company can meet near-term obligations, while solvency determines whether it can sustain operations over the long run. 📘 Read the full guide to understand the difference between liquidity and solvency: https://ow.ly/ArwP50XTchi ♻️ If you found this helpful, repost to share it with your network. 👉 Follow Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) for practical finance insights, frameworks, and resources to support your day-to-day work.

I don’t understand how people can live in Dubai 😟 It’s just… Too convenient Too clean Too good service Too safe Too many inspiring people Too easy to get anything I feel just too good here… It’s totally not for people who prefer to worry about politics, high taxes and crime. Thanks god! I meet around those who wonder how can we win together. Love it, respect for the city over and over again. (Yet still based in Tbilisi for now 😀.)

Our Consul General and Special Presidential Envoy to India and SAARC Countries,His Excellency Syed Algazi welcomed Aligarh University's team comprising distinguished professors, faculty members, alumni, and students in Hyderabad, India. His Excellency Syed Algazi holds Aligarh University (AMU) in the highest esteem, owing to a deeply personal and historic association. His respected mother, Barrister Sadiqa Sultana, was an Aligarh alumni, having completed her Aligarh Matriculation from the institution. This enduring legacy has fostered a profound and lifelong bond between His Excellency and Aligarh University. In this context, a long-pending aspiration of the Aligarh fraternity—comprising distinguished professors, faculty members, alumni, and students—to interact with His Excellency was fulfilled during their visit to Hyderabad. His Excellency was immensely pleased to warmly welcome the AMU delegation and engage with them spirit of shared values, intellectual exchange and mutual respect in a wonderful conference. It is noteworthy that Aligarh University annually confers its highest civilian honor, “Sitara-e-Hind,” upon eminent personalities in recognition of their exceptional contributions to society, humanity, and noble causes. His Excellency Syed Algazi has the singular distinction of being the first and only individual from the States of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh to receive this prestigious award, in acknowledgment of his outstanding service to the nation, martyr families, humanitarian causes, social development, and diplomacy. While His Excellency rarely accepts awards or recognitions, the Sitara-e-Hind conferred by Aligarh University holds a uniquely special place in his heart, given his family’s association with AMU and the institution’s historic mission. He extends his heartfelt gratitude to Aligs across the globe for their continued commitment to the vision of Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, dedicated to the promotion of education, enlightenment, and compassion. During their visit, the AMU delegation also had the opportunity to experience the renowned hospitality of Hyderabad, including its world-famous Hyderabadi Biryani, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. On their forthcoming visit, His Excellency has graciously expressed his intention to personally host the delegation and acquaint them with Hyderabad’s rich heritage by visiting his family's historical Royal palaces, monuments, and culturally significant landmarks that reflect the city’s glorious legacy. Few external shocks ripple through a business as quickly as tariff changes. When tariffs shift, cost structures, supplier economics, and pricing decisions can change almost immediately. That’s why FP&A and corporate finance teams are often pulled in early to assess exposure and guide decision-making. Without a structured approach, tariff analysis can become reactive and fragmented. A clear framework helps teams quantify impact, evaluate trade-offs, and communicate implications to leadership. This guide outlines a six-step framework for analyzing tariff impact in a way that supports informed, timely decisions. Here’s how the process breaks down: 1️⃣ Identify The Affected Input Pinpoint the raw material, product, or service line subject to the tariff. Precise identification is critical for accurate cost attribution. 2️⃣ Map The Scope and Timing Clarify when the tariff starts, how long it lasts, and which vendors or SKUs are impacted to define the exposure window. 3️⃣ Quantify Direct Cost Impact Calculate the added cost per unit and total operational impact, factoring in volume, cadence, and historical pricing. 4️⃣ Analyze Downstream Effects Model the impact on pricing, margins, and strategy, including whether costs are passed on, absorbed, or addressed through product mix changes. 5️⃣ Evaluate Mitigation Options Assess potential responses such as supplier shifts, FX hedging, or timing adjustments to estimate how much risk can be offset. 6️⃣ Summarize Business Impact Deliver a cross-functional view of variance, risk, and recommended actions built for decision-makers. Tariff modeling isn’t just about cost. It’s a strategic lens for sourcing, pricing, and margin control. 📘 Read the full guide on tariff impact analysis: https://ow.ly/EzxY50XTc3t ♻️ If you found this helpful, repost to share it with your network. 👉 Follow Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) for practical FP&A insights, frameworks, and resources to support your day-to-day work.

Strong earnings don’t guarantee financial stability. That’s one of the most common and costly misunderstandings in financial analysis. Interpreting the numbers correctly matters just as much as calculating them. Finance professionals face these judgment calls every day, where profitability, liquidity, and capital structure choices directly affect risk and strategy. This video Ryan Spendelow, FMVA® walks through two real-world scenarios that test how well you connect financial results to business decisions. Here’s what they reveal: 1️⃣ Profitability does not equal liquidity A company can report growing net income while burning cash. When operating cash flow is negative and declining, the immediate concern is liquidity risk, not profitability. Strong earnings paired with cash burn often signal working capital pressure or aggressive growth that can lead to insolvency. 2️⃣ Capital structure decisions shape risk and ownership When a company with strong cash flows considers an acquisition, debt financing can preserve existing shareholder ownership by avoiding dilution. While debt introduces financial risk, it can be an effective tool when cash generation is stable. These are the types of decisions finance professionals make every day when translating financial data into strategy. ♻️ If you found this helpful, repost to share it with your network. 👉 Follow Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) for practical finance insights, frameworks, and resources to support your day-to-day work.

men, 2026 is the time to get our shit together. the modern world has made human slop of us. fertility rates are down 62%. metabolic disease afflicts 35%. obesity has hit 40%.  63% are not having sex weekly. testosterone is dropping 1% every year. 42% over forty have erectile dysfunction. sexlessness has doubled to 24%. enough. fucking enough. reject fast food, junk food, vaping, gambling, porn, nicotine, sleep deprivation, phone addiction, and excessive scrolling. these are your enemies. this is dopamine extraction. they are mining you for profit and leaving you weak and miserable. they are predators and you are their prey. no, not just this once. no, not in moderation. no, it’s not living life. it’s suicidal and deranged behavior. sleep. get jacked. eat well. set limits. be consistent. build the schedule. put on autopilot. don’t let your mind rationalize. replace inner weakness with systems strength. don’t listen to other people’s criticisms. they’re projecting their own stuff onto you. straighten up. let it roll off of you.  be great. be unabashedily you. maintain friendships with those who make you better. who inspires you to be your best self. do not continue to hang out with people who encourage debauchery. maintain good posture. stand tall. get up from your desk and walk around, stretch, do light exercises. do these things to reclaim your self respect. be a sovereign person. do not be owned by evil companies or influence. do not listen to the critics. build your life systems. make them habits. don’t let yourself talk you out of it. as you gain strength, it will require less energy to maintain.

A founder's biggest competitor is their own ego... let me prove this to you... I used to brag about these 4 things 👇🏾 Now I realise they were just insecurities dressed as strengths. Sleep deprivation isn't dedication - it's an insecurity about what other people think. 100% retention isn't great culture - it's an insecurity of being seen as a bad leader. A young team wasn't 'hungry talent' - it was fear of being exposed by someone more experienced. Calling it a "family" wasn't warmth - it's an insecurity from your childhood. Every founder I know has fought this type of battle - building companies around our insecurities.... to prove something to ourselves, then realising the company can't fix what's broken.. Please swipe through and tell me if you relate 👊🏾❤️

Private Equity roles go to individuals who demonstrate the ability to think like investors. Private equity recruiting is driven by how well you demonstrate financial fluency, analytical strength, and a readiness for deal work. If you want to make the leap, focus on the capabilities that matter in the industry. Here are three steps that help you move toward private equity: 1️⃣ Build a strong finance foundation Most professionals enter PE with experience from investment banking, consulting, or corporate finance, where they’ve developed fluency in valuation, modeling, and deal-related analysis. 2️⃣ Gain technical and deal exposure PE firms expect you to evaluate investment opportunities, perform due diligence, and assess risk. Hands-on experience, even through internships or projects, helps you stand out. 3️⃣ Network intentionally Private equity hiring is highly relationship-driven. Building connections increases your access to opportunities, including off-cycle roles. Private equity firms value strong analytical ability, technical expertise, and the capacity to contribute to deal execution. These steps ensure your readiness. 📘 Learn more about private equity roles and skills: https://ow.ly/Vhob50XHVy1 ♻️ If you found this helpful, repost to share it with your network. 👉 Follow Corporate Finance Institute® (CFI) for practical investment and career insights, frameworks, and resources to support your development.

Strong FP&A performance is built on a defined set of skills that support insight, influence, and execution. As the role evolves, FP&A professionals are expected to model uncertainty, communicate clearly, and guide business decisions with confidence. This guide breaks down the essential skills that enable FP&A to operate at that level. Here’s what that skill set looks like: 1️⃣ Financial modeling that informs action Build models tied to real business decisions, use scenario analysis to reflect uncertainty, and design outputs for decision-makers, not just finance. 2️⃣ Advanced Excel for scalable workflows Automate reporting, structure models for auditability, and build in logic checks to reduce risk and manual effort. 3️⃣ Data visualization that communicates insight Highlight performance at a glance, guide attention with a clear layout, and focus visuals on KPIs stakeholders actually care about. 4️⃣ Budgeting and forecasting expertise Use rolling forecasts, partner with leaders on assumptions, and build forecasts around drivers and trends, not static inputs. 5️⃣ Strategic business acumen Connect analysis to revenue and margins, understand cost drivers across the business, and challenge assumptions with long-term outcomes in mind. 6️⃣ Stakeholder management and influence Translate insights into executive-ready messages, anticipate questions through scenario framing, and align analysis with leadership priorities. Together, these skills are what move FP&A from reporting to real influence across the organization. 🎉 Kick off the new year with skills that accelerate your growth. A company can have cash and still face serious liquidity risk. Cash on the balance sheet can look reassuring at first glance. But cash alone doesn’t explain whether a business can consistently meet short-term obligations or respond to unexpected demands. That’s why finance teams look beyond cash when evaluating financial health. Liquidity adds critical context by focusing on access, timing, and flexibility across the balance sheet. Understanding the difference between cash and liquidity is essential for assessing risk, solvency, and operational resilience. Here’s how the two concepts differ in practice: Cash 🔹 The actual money a company has on hand 🔹 Includes bank balances and physical currency 🔹 Easy to track, but limited in scope 🔹 Represents what’s already available Liquidity 🔹 How easily assets can be converted into cash 🔹 Includes receivables, inventory, and access to credit 🔹 Reflects a company’s ability to meet short-term obligations 🔹 Focuses on access, not just current cash Evaluating both cash and liquidity provides a more complete view of a company’s financial position and its ability to operate through changing conditions. 📘 Read the full guide to understand how cash and liquidity are used in financial analysis: https://ow.ly/K10f50XLJvg ♻️ If you found this helpful, repost to share it with your network. 🎉 Kick off the new year with skills that accelerate your growth. Early-career roles are competitive, but interns who think like analysts stand out long after the summer ends. The difference isn’t effort; it’s how you show curiosity, take ownership, and make your work easier for the team around you. These habits demonstrate maturity and potential, even as your responsibilities continue to develop. Here are three ways to be the intern people remember: 1️⃣ Ask thoughtful questions Proactively seek clarity and context. Questions like “What insight should this deliver?” show you’re thinking beyond the task. 2️⃣ Improve a process or tool Look for small inefficiencies in templates, workflows, or data formatting. Even minor improvements signal initiative and ownership. 3️⃣ Follow up with clear summaries Recap meetings, decisions, or key takeaways. Short, well-written summaries reinforce your contribution and help teams move faster. Your internship is your launchpad. When performance lives across multiple business units, clarity depends on how well you consolidate the story. For FP&A teams managing multiple subsidiaries, cross-border operations, or group-level reporting, consolidation isn’t just a technical task. It’s how leaders get a single, reliable view of performance. A strong consolidation model brings fragmented data into one clear, decision-ready framework. Here’s the step-by-step approach behind it: 1️⃣ Set up clearly labeled worksheets Organize tabs by business unit or entity. Consistent naming keeps the model easy to navigate and reduces linking errors. 2️⃣ Gather historical data Import actuals, budgets, and forecasts from each unit. Complete, reliable inputs are essential for credible outputs. 3️⃣ Standardize formats Align currencies, date formats, and account structures before consolidating to prevent mismatches that distort results. 4️⃣ Create consolidation calculations Roll up revenue, expenses, and key metrics into unified schedules to produce a company-wide view. 5️⃣ Validate the numbers Check links, reconcile totals, and flag discrepancies. Accuracy builds confidence in the model. 6️⃣ Build a summary dashboard Highlight consolidated KPIs and trends at a glance using clear formatting and visual cues. 7️⃣ Add charts and visuals Graph revenue, margins, and other key measures to make trends easier for decision-makers to interpret. 8️⃣ Prepare the presentation Package insights into a concise, professional deck so stakeholders can act quickly. 9️⃣ Add sensitivity analysis Test how changes in key assumptions affect results, helping leadership assess risk and compare scenarios. A well-built consolidation model turns complexity into clarity, supporting stronger and faster decisions across the organization. ♻️ If you found this helpful, repost to share it with your network. 🎉 Kick off the new year with skills that accelerate your growth.
